La Pigna in 3 trees, Agnone, Molise

The "Grande Pigna" among 3 trees: bedroom, bathroom, terrace and outdoor kitchen. Built in a 4.5 cm thick fir at 710 meters above sea level, it is located on a wooden platform 3 meters high between an Oak, Sorbo and Hazelnut and is accessed on the level level on the mountain side. It has a splendid view of the magnificent Verrino valley, a protected area, a short walk from the center of Agnone. The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
