In the winter season the minimum length of stay is 5 nights. In the summer season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. There are two apartments for rent in the house, each with a separate entrance.

Cottage with Jacuzzi and Sauna – “Słonecznik” is a stylishly furnished wooden cottage for 6 people, featuring a Jacuzzi and a Sauna. The cottage is located in the Karkonosze Mountains, in the summer resort of Michałowice, at the foot of the Śnieżne Kotły mountains. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs, including one with a continental double bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
