We had a wonderful stay in this lovely holiday home which is in a stunning location overlooking Robin Hoods Bay. It really was an unbeatable location. Steve was a fantastic host, giving us all the information we needed about the property and location. He also left us some welcome extras in the fridge 😊 The property was clean and well presented, and the hot tub and snooker room were enjoyable extras. We would happily return to this beautiful, peaceful spot in the future.

Lovely relaxing cottage with everything we needed. Very cosy and relaxing setting with great views from back windows. Enclosed garden for dog or children. Hot tub was a great perk which was well used by us. Rillington village within 10 min walk which had a small shop and a nice pub ( the fleece). Tips for other travellers The fleece in rillington has a nice garden of weather nice and the food was nice too and dog friendly Ham and cheese which is a 5 minute drive the food was very good and dog friendly too although probably too far to walk Lots of walks nearby, we went to dalby Forrest, mallyham spout in goathland and Levisham near Pickering New Connie’s Chinese in malton was also very good

We had a great 2 night stay at pond cottage. There is lots of room for 4 people both within the house and outside. The hot tub and seating area were a highlight that we utilised for most of our stay as the weather was perfect! Henry and Jane were great hosts providing good instructions, a warm welcome and a few generous gifts aswell. Just worth noting to enter the what3words co-ordinates into the Sat nav to get the right place.

Beckside Cottage

BobRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have stayed in Beckside Cottage several times; it's small, but doesn't feel claustrophobic. It's in the perfect location for us, less than 5 minutes from the beach, even closer to the pub and beautifully peaceful. Beckside Cottage is always well-presented, which is no easy feat in an extremely old building, and Emma is a wonderful host. We are already checking the dates for our next visit, It's a great place to unwind.

Beautiful little cottage, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We loved watching the amazing variety of wildlife including curlew's with their chicks in the wildflower meadow behind the cottage. Being located on the top of a hill, the views are stunning as are the sunsets. We highly recommend Hilltop Cottage and will be returning hopefully soon. Many thanks again to Jack and Becca for your hospitality, Andy and Debbie 😊

We would highly recommend staying at Rachel’s Airbnb. It was exactly as described And there was everything you could think of for a stay of up to 4 people. Very clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of information on Pickering and the surrounding area. Rachel communicated straight away when I queried if the parking was suitable for a van rather Then a car (and it was)…and instructions on checking in was very easy.

Beautifully renovated stable in Pickering

DavidRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Without doubt, in regard to the property this is the best my wife and I have ever stayed in. Stunning design, very, very high end throughout, immaculate in every area of the property. Many thoughtful features such as the rack of what to do and where to go brochures in the utility. Excellent info pack detailing such as usage of the microwave, washing machine and dryer etc. The bathroom was far, far superior to the 5 star Scottish hotel I stayed the previous night. Katie was very friendly and open, very quick to respond to all communications. The property is a mere 5 minute stroll from the town centre, with terrific private secure parking behind locked gates. Without doubt, an absolute gem that I cannot recommend highly enough.

A peaceful and relaxing place to stay. 3 nights here and we wished we had longer. The home was clean and comfortable with a nice sized kitchen and dining area. Two nice sized en-suite bedrooms with comfortable beds too!. You’re Surrounded by lovely views no matter where you sit in this home. The host Paula was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Paula offered and set up a travel cot for us prior to our arrival which was very much appreciated, especially when you have to pack so much with a little one. We all loved our weekend here and would book again!.

We have thoroughly enjoyed an all too brief, relaxing stay at Tarrs Yard. From entering the charming cottage, to leaving, one can't fail to be impressed by all that Lizzie and Andy have so stylishly created. The helpful, informative folder inside the cottage provides for guests' range of interests and enables visitors to capitalise on the hosts' wealth of knowledge and experience of the area. We can't wait to return and anticipate discovering more of what this area affords, whilst assured of a restful, peaceful property to daily return to. Thank you to you both for our introduction to North Yorkshire.

This little cottage in Whitby was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Super close to everything you might need or want to see, e.g. shops, restaurants, the Abbey and loads of wonderful walks along the cliffs etc. The place was spotless and the little touches like having milk and biscuits there waiting for us made it feel super homely straight away. A fabulous base if you want to visit Whitby (the host provided many recommendations of places to eat and visit too!), very much recommend!
