Where you stay can truly make or break a vacation, and this place absolutely made ours! We had an amazing stay at this home in the heart of Parkdale, Toronto! The house was impeccably clean, and the hosts were beyond helpful—always communicative and genuinely kind. The location was unbeatable, with so many charming streets and places within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, felt incredibly safe, and even allowed me to enjoy a few early morning runs without a worry. It’s rare to find a place this perfect, and it would be hard not to book here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend!

Perfect 1bed apartment. Great location near the beach. We were visiting family nearby and it worked out perfectly for us to walk over there in less than 5 minutes. Eric-Martin keeps place spotless and has all you could ask for facility wise. Very flexible on checkin etc and nice guy. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Checked in before heading to a concert at History, took us around 15 minutes to walk down and many great restaurants on the way. Very quiet and comfortable space. Beautiful beaches so close too!

This is the second time staying with Marie and I have nothing but good things to say. It was wonderful. Marie is very fast at responding and very helpful. It’s worth the price and a lot cheaper than other places. It’s clean and has everything you would need. Definitely a new spot I would keep coming back to.

Pasqua is a lovely host! She made banana bread and delivered it with milk in the morning, and you can’t get better than that. If you’re doing a Fall or Summer stay, I’d highly recommend this unit because the beach is nearby and the neighbourhood is beautiful with trees. The unit was cute and quaint and designed so sweetly. Miles is a fantastic host! Not only was he proactive in communicating details regarding entry and amenities, he went above and beyond with little fresh baked goods, Smart Home instructions guide, and providing literally everything you'd need to feel at home (bathrobes, teas, serving dishes+several cups, even milk and cream in the fridge!) The Hot tub was great, the place was spotlessly clean, and the balcony views were a pleasure to enjoy. This is a great house with lovely sky lights in the kitchen and beautiful location right by the boardwalk! 11/10 ✨

We had such a great time here. The location was perfect — close to great shops, parks, and not far from some of the best dining spots and the town center. The house itself was incredibly cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to utensils — it even inspired a bit of a MasterChef-style cook-off! The gym and sauna were fantastic additions and definitely a bonus for us. We did have a small emergency on day two (completely our fault), but Alessandro was incredibly helpful and gave us clear, timely advice that made everything smooth. Overall, this was a very successful trip, and we truly loved everything about this place. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nice, clean, new apartment where you can watch the planes land at Billy Bishop Airport. Great location in the heart of downtown Toronto's waterfront.

Cal was an excellent host - always responsive and available to answer any questions. The location is great - close to union station and easy to access public transit with lots of restaurants within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again.

This was an immaculate property with wonderful high end amenities... coffee and kitchenware.... entertaining was first class. We definitely would stay again.

Super convenient area for getting around the city. Very clean and super friendly host.

This place has the best views! Finding the entrance to the parking structure was a little difficult but once we figured it out it was no problem. If you’re going for a ballgame, you won’t find a closer spot and everything was super easy to walk to.
