We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tivoli, and Cecilia and her family were a major part in making that a reality. From the beginning they were proactive and friendly in their communication with us, and they we very helpful with the information they provided regarding local spots to visit. We would definitely be happy to stay with them again in a future visit to Tivoli and highly recommend that anyone looking for a stay at a place that is central to everything in Tivoli do so with Cecilia. Potential visitors should only be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs, so if that is something that is physically difficult for you, then you should be aware of that. For us, it was not a deterrent, and we got a good little exercise on our way in from and out to our adventures.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Great accommodation in a quiet location but close to the center, easily accessible on foot. Cleanliness is okay. The house is super well-equipped. Daniele responds very quickly to any requests. Recommended.

We stayed during the Christmas period, the apartment is located in the historic center but close to the main streets. Rita and Sandro are friendly and helpful people who have tastefully and neatly furnished the accommodation in question. We enjoyed the opportunity to use the fireplace and the availability of two bathrooms. Coffee maker, hairdryer, sheets, blankets, towels available, we felt right at home!

A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need — and more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to charge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing old house full of character and history. It’s the perfect place for anyone who loves nature — peaceful, charming, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. There are lovely walking routes right near the house, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The atmosphere is unique and serene, and you really feel connected to the past while enjoying all the comfort you need. Highly recommended for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Tagliacozzo Vecchio Our stay in the old part of Tagliacozzo was nothing short of magical. The location of the house was absolutely stunning, perched in a perfect spot with panoramic views that took our breath away every morning. Waking up to the sweeping view of the valley felt like a dream. The house itself was nicely furnished, clean, and thoughtfully maintained—comfortable yet full of character. It’s just a short walk from the charming town center, where we found delightful cafes, shops, and that timeless Italian atmosphere. What truly made our stay special were the warm and welcoming neighbors who made us feel right at home. Tagliacozzo Vecchio is brimming with charm and history, ideal for those looking to soak up authentic Italian culture. There are countless opportunities for bike rides and hikes in the surrounding hills, and if you’re up for a day trip, you can hop on a train and be in Rome in just an hour and a half. An amazing place to stay!
