The residence is spread over three levels: first floor and attic for guests and ground floor reserved for the owners, who are present discreetly and always available for every need.

Pool open Monday to Friday from June to August; 7 days a week in September, for a truly relaxing experience.

It is on the second floor (no elevator). The bathroom shower is not suitable because it is more than 1.8 meters high. You can easily walk to the village. The apartment is located in a private house and has free, guarded indoor parking. It is in the village and about 3 km from the sea.

The Margherita holiday home with adjoining garden is located in the center of Fossacesia, close to Viale San Giovanni in Venere, in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket, pharmacy, bar, tobacco shop, etc. Right under the property there is a bus stop with which you can easily reach the sea (in 5 minutes) or the nearby Lanciano. A stone's throw away is a bike shop with the possibility of renting a bike. Pets allowed.
