The house is brand new and in perfect condition. Everything you need is provided. Very clean and tidy, it is equipped with every comfort from the dishwasher to the hairdryer, from the washing machine to the microwave oven and so on. Gianluca proved to be a perfect host from before departure by providing us with useful information to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect stay.

Simone was an amazing host and the location of the apartment is great!

We enjoyed staying with our children very much. You could relax wonderfully in the quiet surroundings, while the children liked to play on the grounds. The place was lovingly decorated and very clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our stay at Roberta’s place was beautiful and relaxing. The place was very clean, with a beautiful view, and both Roberta and Claudio were very responsive and available throughout our trip. Additionally, access to the other villages in Cinque Terre was very easy by train, and we were given excellent recommendations for food as well.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, and super close to everything we wanted to see. It was very comfortable and I’d definitely stay again.

We had a great time and also at 12 noon the house was already ready for check-in. We will definitely be back!

A very nice apartment with everything you need. 2 bathrooms, living room and 1 bedroom all equipped with air conditioning. Top beds. Everything was good at the house, also the place close to train station and 15 min walk to the beach. Great location. If we ever go to Viareggio again, we will definitely come back here!! we really enjoyed our stay here! it was walkable to everything we wanted to do and had great restaurants near by. It was clean and comfortable.

Weekend with cousins. Great location near the historic center. Everything was very clean. Elisa was always kind and helpful and very timely in her responses. Recommended!

We stayed there as family of 5 and it was perfect. 3 single beds for the kids and a Queen bed. It had a full kitchen where we could cook. It was a 5 minute walk to a big park with a fun fair and bikes for hire. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Pisa and Lucca is 30 mins which we visited. There is a car park for a small/medium car which was handy for us. Elia was very responsive and had little extra things in the house like water, milk and some snacks. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds. Lovely space, felt like home.

Maurizio's accommodation is highly recommendable. We were four adults and a small child and stayed for almost two weeks. The accommodation was spacious enough for us, and the old farmhouse has a lot of charm. The park-like garden is truly beautiful. All in all it is a great place to relax or play table tennis or volleyball. There's also a sandbox, a swing, and other toys for children. We really enjoyed the pool. If you're looking for peace, tranquility, and nature, this is the place for you. The host and his wife are very friendly, and we also found the gardener extremely kind.

Host sent us detailed instructions on how to get there and then greeted us to introduce us to the facility . Very friendly and responsive! Facility was very clean and close to attractions nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, felt very luxurious. We were greeted with some lovely welcome gifts and a friendly tour. The flat had everything we needed, and Brian responded to every message promptly, including helping us find a taxi driver. The walk up the hill is hard work as other previous guests have said. This didn’t bother us as we knew about it, but worth mentioning it is a steep hill with a lot of steps. But the view from the balcony is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time here Angelo and his wife are super friendly! A few friends and I stayed here while studying abroad for a weekend and we had the best time. Angelo offered to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, which was greatly appreciated. The space is clean and in a quiet area of town which we loved. Also air conditioning was a huge plus. Angelo also gave us recommendations for where to eat around the BnB. Overall had a great time and would stay here again!

We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

We had a great week at Miriam and Roberto's. The hosting was very satisfactory in every respect. The apartment is large, well arranged and has all the necessary comfort for a family with a toddler. We were touched by the many attentions provided by the owners to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean with good quality furniture and appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped and organized. The geographical location of the accommodation is advantageous for people who want to visit the 5 lands by train because it is a 10-minute walk from the train station. Small bonus: the apartment is located next to the public elevator that allows access to the pedestrian district of La Spezia. Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning! The place was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Everything went smoothly, happy to come again!

Very beautiful apartment, nicely furnished with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was lovely to stay there. Bakery, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old town of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and in front of the door also possible at a cost.

It took a little work to find it, but wow what a reward awaits for those willing to make the effort. Patios with sweeping coastal views surround the entire amazing apartment. If you follow Gianni's instructions, you will get there! My only suggestion would be- bring backpacks or bags you can re-pack and carry from the parking lot if possible. Dragging suitcases along the very narrow/winding path to the apartment was a real challenge. If you are like us, Americans looking to get a taste of Italy away from our fellow countrymen, you couldn't pick a better place than Tellaro. I think we were the only Americans in town for the three days we were there. There are some great beaches nearby, but don't miss swimming off the rocks in town. And if you want to do a day trip to Cinque Terre, don't take the train from La Spezia, take the Cinque Terre boat from Lerici. You'll want to spend time in Porto Venere as well.

The stay was perfect and one of the best stays that we have ever had. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We also cooked, which we usually don’t do… So beautiful. A place to come back for. Highly recommended.

The apartment is kind of "cool" for couples to stay. There is so space for two that you would never think you can find in an city apartment in Italy. Two toilets and two showers, what a treat. There was only one issue, which you can fix with earplugs. The extra noise is not coming from the street or neighbours, but through the roof. The apartment is in top floor and there are pigeons and seagulls on the roof. They walk around the roof and communicate with each other very early in the morning, you can hear that very well. This happened on three mornings out of four we stayed there. Maybe it was nesting season or something. But as said, use earplugs if this happens during your stay. The apartment itself is 100%.
