Apartment with modern furnishings, extremely well-finished, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, very close to the sea and the Via della Costa dei Tranocchi. Daniele and his family are very kind and attentive people, they made us feel at home.

From Nonna Cia

GiovannaRating, 5 stars11 months ago
The place is quiet, the view is wide and restful: olive trees and vineyards allaround, in the back, chickens and galleys. The apartment, spacious and very clean, is equipped with essentials. It can be comforted from 4 to 6 people. Great for a holiday "far from the world". Cooling dinner on the small loggia after a day at the beach. The beautiful Punta Aderci reserve with its magnificent beaches can be reached in a few minutes. Excellent value for money.
An aerial view captures the rugged coastline meeting the turquoise waters, with grassy fields and winding paths visible in the background. The shoreline features a mixture of sandy beaches and rocky outcrops, offering a serene landscape that merges land and sea.

Vacation home in Abruzzo weekend or low-cost vacation

AliceRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Lovely apartment a short walk from the center of Pollutri and about a 15-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Trabocchi coast. Everything as shown in the photos and description. The hosts, Francesco and Niko, were of a unique and genuine kindness and availability, making us feel immediately at home. We returned home with a beautiful memory also regarding the generosity, simplicity and discretion with which we were welcomed: there were no shortage of tips to visit the surrounding area, great chats, very good food including their family's production oil. Highly recommended
A well-lit kitchen area features a dining table with four patterned chairs. A gas stove and exhaust hood are positioned against the tiled backsplash. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, while wooden beams enhance the ceiling's character.

Staying in Lucia's apartment was very pleasant for us. Communication, always friendly and constant, facilitated access to the apartment and its use. The value for the money is really good.

The accommodation is really nice and comfortable, newly built and with fairly new and functional furniture, great location to reach the sea (5 min) and the city center (5 min) ….. the owners are extremely kind and helpful!! Highly recommended house, we will definitely come back!
A modern kitchen countertop displays a large, green glass vase alongside fresh fruits and greenery. A decorative bowl is filled with various items, while two elegant glasses and a basket of pasta add a touch of charm to the space.

La Limonaia. Ancient and modern and pristine green

CarmenRating, 5 stars23 months ago
I stayed in early July for 8 nights at Limonaia with my husband. The accommodation has been recently renovated, it is located on an ancient property on the edge of the village. It has independent access and the large windows, from which you can enjoy the sunset, offer a unique view of the surrounding greenery. Quiet, secluded, with a shaded equipped corner under a lush fig tree. The apartment is tastefully furnished, is fresh, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen allows you to cook comfortably. Mrs. Lilli, very kind, welcomed us in person and always provided us with assistance with tips and suggestions. He made us find a delicious dessert and fresh water in the fridge. Wi-Fi is working perfectly. Great location between the sea and the hills, ideal for those who love tranquility. I recommend it. We recommend the restaurant, suggested by Evelina, which is located in the village: "The Inn of Flavors". Great mix of research and tradition and great value for money.
A quaint cobblestone square is framed by charming historic buildings, showcasing a mix of earthy tones. Street lamps line the pathways, and greenery adds a natural touch. A festive decoration hangs above, casting a soft glow over the scene, inviting visitors to enjoy the serene atmosphere.

Wonderful!! The location is absolutely beautiful and you really get a sense of life in a smaller Italian town. The apartment is huge, nice beds, beautiful view of the piazza, and a relaxing town. Ana and her family were very helpful and responsive as well. I hope I can come back here again 😊

Bassano Tower Luxury Room

JordanRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Very cool to say you basically stayed in a castle tower from the 1400s!! You do have to walk way around to the back alleys to enter (wasn’t initially clear) and there was a lot of city noise until very late into the night, but that could’ve been a one-off Easter rave party. Sound machine would’ve been helpful but we brought our own. But the place was perfectly clean and super unique. Hot tub a HUGE bonus! Champagne was not what was pictured, and overall I’m not sure the space is technically outfitted as “luxury” but it was very nice and we wish we had more than one night there. Parking also wasn’t as clear, no spot on exact premises but we lucked out with holiday parking free nearby. Beautiful town and we wished we had more time to try more restaurants and bars.
