The first volume accommodates a toilet, shower and kitchen, as well as a living and sleeping area with a framed view of nature. The BENOA villa is composed of 3 beautiful 13 m² bedrooms, one including shower room, toilet and private dressing room, the other two bedrooms will have a shared shower room with toilet. The equipped kitchen opens onto the living room of about 60 m2 with living room, dining room. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with 2 garden lounges, a gas plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 8 m x 4 m.

Farm tours available by appointment, depending on the season.
