Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Loved the bright, airy, comfortable and well designed duplex flat with uber slow elevator to top floor! The street is very ‘rough’ pavement-wise and at a cross section with an abandoned building - off putting at first but Bianca’s place is truly a refuge from the grittier albeit fascinating side of Palermo. Everything you’d want to visit is within reach by foot. I am a solo traveler , 70 yrs old who would definitely stay here again.

Such a hidden gem walkable to most sights and easy to get around. Silvia was so easy to connect with. And even helped schedule a transport at the end of our stay. The flat was beautiful, modern and super clean! Everything you could need AND a hot tub too!! the Air conditioner worked great and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. We would return if in Palermo again

A very welcoming and flexible host for our check-in and check-out times. Vincenzo was there when we arrived, he gave us plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants! Small additional note for Fava's where we had lunch several times, a real baking delight 😜 Vincenzo was very considerate with us. A quick message in the middle of our stay to see if we were okay!! Excellent stay! We stayed for 3 nights in the winter, with 2 kids aged 5 and 7. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish. Location is perfect, situated in an upscale and comfortable neighborhood. The host was very welcoming.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Perfect place for a picnic with family, friends... The villa is very spacious and clean with a private well-kept large patio... a great place to eat together... Everything you need is in the Villa. Close to Palermo attractions. Great bakery with confectionery, grocery stores and more nearby. The owners are very nice, helpful… Thank you for the welcome sparkling wine and the opportunity to stay in such a charming place. With a clear conscience, we recommend the Villa and when we are in Palermo again, we will definitely visit it. Daniel

The apartment was really perfect. Superbly equipped and the air conditioning was also great. With our rental car, it was quite difficult to find a parking space, but with the metro, the apartment would be great to reach.

Francesco’s place is amazing! Very unique, artsy, and homey. Location is great too: UNESCO sites are right around the corner, many shops and restaurants, and walkable to the coast. Francesco is kind and responsive, and his guidebook on local recommendations is very helpful! Highly recommended!!

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

Very clean apartment on the ground floor, overlooking a relatively quiet street, great location close to the port. It's perfect for a pied-à-terre, because in Palermo you live outside.

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream!
