Airbnb asks you to write a review in few words. Mine is …….. Bellissimo Bellissimo, Bellissimo. But I can’t stop there. When you open the shutters of this beautiful home and all you can see are mountains, greenery and a church in the village, why would you go anywhere else to get away from it all? To other guests who are thinking about visiting Tuscany and having a taste of living in a small Italian village, with delicious food, walks with scenery to die for, then you cannot go wrong with booking this stunning location. Keith and Aisling make you feel so welcome and insist that it is your home for the time you are staying in this wonderful village in the mountains. Their home has a rustic charm and is spotlessly clean and so cosy. It’s also a great base to explore Lucca, Florence and Pisa. Don’t hesitate. Book it now if you are in need of some R&R and a place to re-charge and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away, and the house had a cool vibe with well-chosen furniture and decor. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Thankyou Brian (and family) for what was an unforgettable magical experience. The villa far surpassed all our expectations. The villa is beyond beautiful and oozes rustic charm, perfect for a large group. Rooms were clean and with beautiful views (on the top floor) to wake up to, so much so that it felt like a dream. Bathrooms were lovely and higher spec than expected for such an old building. swimming pool serves it's purpose, but it's in a gorgeous garden amongst olive groves....stunning. Brian and family were the perfect balance of keeping in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed whilst ensuring that we felt we had the place to ourselves, a perfectly ran operation. We arranged a dinner one evening in the house cooked by Brian's mother which was an amazing experience to enjoy such a wonderful setting with friends. thank you Brian! we already hope to return in future.

Beautiful rustic stone of the Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature, which pleasantly helps to regain the slower rhythms that belonged to us in the recent past. After just one day spent in this corner of paradise, enlivened by the birdsong and the flowing waters of the nearby stream, we perceive the hectic days we experience daily in our cities as a distant, almost unreal memory. We spent beautiful evenings dining outdoors, unable to resist the temptation to light the fireplace in the garden to delight our palate. We are sure that our Kobe dog will also remember these vacation days with great pleasure and especially the moments spent in the cool waters of the stream. We can't help but dedicate a thought to Luana and Cristian, wonderful people with a dream in their hearts to enrich the quality of their daily lives in this beautiful place.

A corner of paradise surrounded by nature and peace For those who love nature, silence, and a slower pace of life, Podere di Tullio is simply the perfect place. It’s even more beautiful than in the photos — the moment we arrived and saw the cottage, we instantly said: “We’ll definitely come back here.” We spent an unforgettable week, completely immersed in greenery and tranquility. Everything is thoughtfully cared for down to the smallest detail: the house is welcoming, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and offers all the comforts one might need. The large, well-maintained garden was a true paradise for our 21-month-old, who could run freely and enjoy nature in complete safety. We recommend renting a car to get around easily — the nearest grocery store is less than 10 minutes away, along with other nearby attractions. A special thank you to Paolo and Barbara, wonderful hosts who were always kind, helpful, and flexible. They made us feel at home from the very first moment.

What a beautiful styled property to relax and enjoy the Tuscan scenery in a tranquil setting! We stayed in one of the self contained apartments equipped for cooking. An open dining & kitchen area with a floor-ceiling window allowed us to enjoy the breeze; as all windows have mosquito screens. For morning coffee or sunset glass of wine we could adjourn to an outside table and chairs. The immaculate landscaped garden gently slopes down to an infinity pool inviting you to immerse in the cool water or take shade on a garden lounger under surrounding olive trees as you overlook the wonderful country view. With only few occupants we could enjoy the pool exclusively for a time. Cristina has considered everything and a meticulous eye for design and order is evident all around. The beautiful working kitchen and dining area mimic those in interiors magazines and a culinary prowess is apparent if you choose to enjoy Cristina's luxuriant breakfast, which we implore you to experience at least once!

What can I say, beautiful and new apartment ... 3 very spacious rooms. Fairytale bathroom …. The guys are very welcoming and ready to help and satisfy every request... To be absolutely done again
