A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply lovely people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep fond memories of this break in Pesaro… and of all of you!

The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

The apartment is in a perfect place for those looking for tranquility. Large outdoor space to enjoy in peace and away from noise. The apartment is practically new,it has all the comforts you need. Francesca was very kind and gave us directions to places to visit nearby. Highly recommended.
