We found this countryside property a real delight. Well worth the 20 minute drive from Assisi. It was centrally located for us to easy explore out to other areas in Umbria. The room was very comfortable in a very beautiful countryside setting. Our host, Sara was fantastic. We wouldn't have any hesitation to stay here on a future trip to Umbria.

We stayed here for 7 nights,the accommodation is comfortable, we are a family of 4 people,very clean, helpful and polite staff. The very convenient location for various excursions allows you to reach the best areas to visit in Umbria during the day and given the heat, the pool offers a great moment of relaxation at the end of the day(pool service is available all day). We will definitely suggest this recidivism to those who would like to explore this region.

We loved our stay with Ann and Pinot. The house was so comfortable and even with the heat was cool. Ann have us great recommendations for local restaurants with amazing Umbrian Cuisine. totally recommend

The house is very large, well-kept, surrounded by a beautiful garden and the greenery of Mount Subasio, perfect for those who love silence and the countryside. It is 4 kilometers from Assisi, in a strategic position for visiting the beautiful Umbrian city and an excellent starting point for the many attractions in the area (Gubbio, Spoleto, Spello, Bevagna, Cascata delle Marmore, just to name a few). Flavia turned out to be an available, kind and attentive host from the first communications. He gave us great tips for a really wonderful week. Absolutely recommended!
