Awesome host! Was only there for a quick visit with coworkers but this would be a PERFECT retreat for an outdoorsy family. Will book again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautifully remodeled cabin on Lake Winter, and I can't recommend it enough! The cabin features an abundance of windows, creating a wonderful feeling of being surrounded by nature. At night, the lights streaming through the trees added a magical touch to the atmosphere. One of the standout features was the heated floors in the bathroom, which were a delightful surprise! Eric, the host, was incredibly responsive and communicated quickly. He provided excellent recommendations for local dining and amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend planning a visit to this stunning cabin. It’s the perfect getaway!

Everything was incredible. The place is as it looks in the photos, super clean and comfortable. Everything works perfectly and with details that are appreciated. The area is quiet but close to everything. The host was very cool and always attentive. We feel at home. We would come back without thinking about it!

We had a wonderful stay. I was looking for something remote, peaceful, and quiet to unplug with my husband. It was exactly that. The hosts had excellent communication and answered us promptly with the few questions we had. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. They requested any recommendations or suggestions which shows they care about their guests. I would certainly stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and we really enjoyed being so close to the lake and the peacefulness of nature.

It was an absolute winter wonderland! We were looking for a quick weekend get away and it was exactly what we needed. It was very easy to get out. It was also so quiet and peaceful. 10/10 recommend

We loved our stay on Turtle Lake at Lindsey’s place. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs. It was exactly like the photos and descriptions, spotlessly clean kitchen and bathrooms with cozy bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a number of meals. The grill had extra propane just in case. We took advantage of renting their brand new pontoon and enjoyed sunsets on the lake. The property was private and perfect for relaxing with our pups. All of the toiletries, soap, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies were well stocked which made it so easy to enjoy a week long stay without having to run to the store. We will definitely be back and hope to enjoy their home again next year! Thank you Lindsey & Jamie!

Classic Wisconsin cabin on a relatively quiet lake and with an incredible view. We especially love that the entire property is forested. It’s a simple place which is exactly what we want when retreating to the Northwoods.

Our stay was great. So quiet and peaceful even with other groups at the resort. The place was tiny but perfect for a couple. The only thing that would have been a little better was if there was some light in the parking lot for when we arrived at dark.

My boyfriend, our dog, and I enjoyed our stay here. It was an amazing time away from home in such a peaceful location. Everything was perfect about our stay and we exploring everything outside of the property and everything that was on the property. We loved walking around the property and enjoying time at the fire pit outside of our hut we stayed at. Bob and Laura were incredibly kind and accommodating towards us and made our stay with them 100% better. The place was beautiful and very clean! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays as it was incredibly unique and unlike anything we’d seen before!!!

Enjoyed a peaceful lakeside vacation. Went ice fishing and caught a 24" walleye at night. Perfect weekend and a beautiful view of the lake.

Jesse’s place was excellent! This is by far the best Airbnb experience I have had. The place is beautiful and spotless. Location is great- right by the water! Jesse was very communicative and their guide for how to use everything in the house + local recommendations was very proactive and well-made. I feel like they thought of everything! SO well stocked. We would be happy to stay here again next year. Highly recommend Jesse’s place!!

Us 3 ladies had a great time at Melissa and Erin's place! The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need. The location is perfectly situated near all kinds of restaurants and stores. It was peaceful and relaxing and we loved the scenery.

We enjoyed our stay! Laurie’s home was spotless and exactly as depicted in the pictures. We enjoyed the warm and cozy fireplace after a very cold day of ice fishing. We are looking forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay. We will definitely be back. It was just a little outside of Tomahawk which was very nice a quiet. Mark & Julie are very friendly and very responsive.

We had a great stay at this cabin! The fishing was fantastic, with plenty of catches to make our trip unforgettable. The cabin was fully equipped with everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for. There were 3 adults and a 9 month old and everything was great. The beds were so comfy and we had everything we needed to make our meals. The view from the living room over the lake was amazing and so relaxing in the evenings. We enjoyed sitting on the dock looking at the water. Being only 13 miles from Minocqua was perfect for if you needed something or finding things to do. The Wildwood Wildlife Park and Nature Center is a perfect place to visit for kids and adults. Make sure to be there for the giraffe feeding!!! Norwood's Supper Club is also very close and a must for the food. Adrian is very responsive. 1st night was a power outage in the area and was very helpful. We are saving the house for future use and recommending it to others who want to visit the area!

Lovely little cabin with wonderful views of the lake. The kitchen has all the essentials you need and the entire atmosphere is cosy and peaceful. Cagney was a wonderful host, who was always helpful and responsive during our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you enjoy nature and outdoor activities!

From the moment we pulled up to the cabin, it was fantastic. We rented it for a late-season family get-a-way. We're not big winter outdoors people and Jenna's place accommodated that beautifully. We made good use of the game room, spent a lot of time sitting in front of the fire, and took a day trip into Hurley/Ironwood to visit local shops. I recommend Sharon's coffee in Hurley if you're a coffee snob like us. I also enjoyed the European imports shop and Ollie's (very amusing store) in Ironwood. The wildlife was great, so many photos ops! And I truly appreciate a tidy space, yet this place exceeded expectations. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Loved our last minute weekend stay. Michelle responded to my questions before we booked super fast and was super helpful. Lots of fresh snow to add to the ambiance this weekend. Super cute and super clean place with everything you need! Love the style of the cabin and it was well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels and paper products. Tilted Loon nearby was delicious with super nice staff! Perfect place to just get some R&R.
