It was me and my fiance’s 2nd time to stay here after 3 yrs. The place is still well-maintained. Clean and spacious rooms. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing ambience. The compound has a beautiful garden for some unwinding and clear thinking. The staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Overall, I definitely recommend and shall return.

Great place to stay. Close to the main beach and only 3mins walk from a less populated and busy beach with cool beach bar and restaurant. Even the main beach is a beautiful and EASY walk (about 3km but so worth it! All on a beautiful streach of beach with perfect powder-white sand and MANY restaurants to grab a bite or cocktail.) The accommodation was very pleasant and we had a super great host! Anna personally welcomed us; and gave a very informative chat explaining local tips and recommendations. Friendliness and helpfulness is a 10/10 and whenever we required something, it was done straight away - thank you. Attention to finer detail made us feel extra special, and the offer on request - we took the romantic package as an optional extra; was very well done and presented! Definitely recommend this stay. Ps: it is quit normal in Philippines to have more noisy local residential areas - it did not bother us as we know its normal here; but for the sensitive sleeper - keep it in mind.

We had a great stay at this home! Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to the caretaker, Ate, who welcomed us warmly, gave us a quick tour, and clearly explained the house guidelines. She was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself is clean and spacious, with enough beds to comfortably accommodate all 8 of us. The kitchen is fully functional, the shower heaters work well (just be mindful as they can get extremely hot), and the parking space can fit two cars comfortably—it also felt safe and secure. There was some mold, especially in the bathroom, but that seems to be common in Baguio due to the weather. The location can be a bit tricky to access, with a steep road leading to the house, but considering the price, it’s really not a big issue. Overall, we felt very welcome and comfortable here—largely thanks to the wonderful caretaker. We would definitely recommend this place!

Special thanks to the helpful caretaker, Dexter, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Auntie Rose was also extremely accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Overall, we highly recommend this transient house for anyone seeking a serene, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, supported by genuinely kind and attentive hosts.

Greatly enjoyed staying at Ver’s place. Host is very responsive and picked us up from the port. The apartment is brand new and was above expectations. Very clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bed is new and very comfortable and bedroom is bigger than it looks in the photos. In fact the whole apartment looks even better than the photos. Felt like home for our week stay. Neighborhood is fantastic and feels like a little community. Nice roads in and out and quiet but close to town. WiFi was fast and reliable for zoom meetings. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Incredible value for the money. Thank you for having us!

First time in elyu well-spent and enjoyed thanks to The SeaChange ! It was very nice to have the beach nearby (literally just a minute or two walk, so convenient!)… The place had its own outdoor shower too so it was easy to wash off the sand post visit :) Glad there were games to entertain us at night. The hosts are very accommodating as well so it made our visit much lighter and easier! 🩷 Hope we can come back soon.

A cozy and relaxing place worth the time travelled and the price paid for. I didn't worry much with our stay there as the amenities were complete and concerns were quickly attended and resolved. Ms. Agnes is very friendly and responsive. Thank you for accomodating us 🙂

The location matched the photographs shown in the listing, which contributed to a pleasant experience for my friends, who were easily satisfied and expressed enjoyment of the place. However, I found that my expectations were not fully met. While the aesthetics in the photos were appealing, the actual experience fell short for me. Additionally, the address provided was vague and lacked a specific house number, which could complicate finding the location. Fortunately, we decided to visit early in the day, as searching for the property at night would have been challenging. Ms. Ciarra didn't reply at once and didn't provide us with instructions on how to get into the place. We asked around and tried to match the house's facade to identify its location. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

I absolutely loved my stay in Ken and Begi’s studio! It was a perfect oasis from the hustle of PP! The host were out of town, but their caretakers did everything to make sure I had everything I needed and was so well taken care of! The studio looks as it appears in all the photographs. There are other tiny houses on the property that are very cute and the studio looks into the central garden and neighboring pasture. It feels private and in nature with all the trees and green creating a lovely view! A roof deck on another tiny house offers beautiful views of the bay and valley at sunrise and sunset! There was such attention to details of comfort; like a well organized and usable kitchen, cold water and drinks in the fridge, coffee, etc., spices, towels and soap, TV with great programming, help with local suggestions for scooter rentals, and things to do! I fell in love with this place. The three dogs are so sweet and adorable, and would stay here on my next visit!! 💗

This was our second stay at the "Bunker". I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Things are clearly explained and questions promptly answered. Josephine made herself available for any question or issue that we may have had. Small issues...The location is peaceful and short walking distance to stores snd resto. Thoroughly enjoyablle! This was my second stay at the Penthouse, the first time in the much more spacious ground floor unit. Strongly recommended for you. There are many hotels more economical, but the Penthouse is spacious, comfortable, clean, decorous, and a perfect sanctuary from the smoke and noise of the city. In addition, the wifi and aircon were both perfect at all times. Joy is an amazing manager and went way out of her way to solve any minor problems with the unit as well as calling the tourist office and drivers to enable a trip to the Once Islas. Thanks so much again! I strongly recommend the Penthouse for your short or long stays.

Franz's unit is very clean and spotless. Location of the parking slot is very near the lobby. Location of the unit is just next to the elevator lobby. So convenient. Loved the morning sun and sunrise view. Had a great stay!

Our stay at the Hilltop Guest House was absolutely fantastic! Jasmin had organised a ride from the port with a personal sign and from the moment we arrived, Jasmin and Randy made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. It's amazing to think that Randy built the entire place himself over three years, including all the furniture! This place is huge! Lots of space and three very big rooms all with ac accommodated five of us very comfortably, and it was great to know they have spare beds available if needed. I especially loved waking up to the surroundings and seeing monkeys on the veranda in the morning eating the fruit I had left out the night before, such a unique experience! The location is perfect! A little bit away from the hustle, offering peace and quiet, yet close enough to easily access the beaches/town. Jasmin also organized fantastic activities for us, like island hopping, which made our stay even more memorable. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone! Salamat!!
