Communication was top notch. The property was in a private place but tips for transport and food came in very handy. Condo is close to nearby beaches

Host and caretaker were amazingly amicable and approachable. The property is more than what you will expect. The solitude of the place is truly worthwhile along with the pristine beach. This is also a perfect place if you are chasing sunset spot.

Nigel is an excellent host. Very responsive, condition of the Penthouse is exactly as described. I will be a repeat occupant of this place. Location hands down you just can’t do better.

Jon's place is a perfect size for my family of three, my poodle and my two househelpers. The neighborhood is a glimpse of a typical small town american suburb which my wife I sorely miss. We walked around the village twice and that's what we enjoyed the most. The presence of a grill was very useful too! It's also strategically located to be near the theme parks.

A great place to stay, very clean and spacious unit in the heart of Baguio city. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again in the future.

we Had a Great stay the staff were very friendly and helpful, any time we needed something they were quick to respond, we had a few pieces of luggage and we're met at a nearby Hotel and had it transported by a three Wheeled push cart to our location by one of the staff who was very helpful during our entire stay. would definitely stay her again.

Nad's Place Manila is a great place, the facilities are good the place is cozy perfect for any kinds of gatherings the host is responsive and the staffs are nice and responsive to our needs during our stay. its been fun staying in your place and more power to you.

The moment I walked in, I was hit with a sense of familiarity—like I was back in our old home in Rabaul, PNG. For a couple of precious days, I was grounded. And not in the “you’re grounded, young lady” way—but in the “oh wow, I’m actually present in the moment and not checking email” way. It’s the kind of home that reminds you of what matters: time with family, the smell of wood, the quiet hum of crickets at night, and the subtle realization that Wi-Fi doesn’t cure burnout. We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

This is the perfect place if you're looking for privacy. The location is clean, bathrooms and beds were prepared. Kitchen has complete items for basic cooking. No videoke music. The dogs were all cute and friendly!

This was our second time staying at one of Herminio’s places in Baguio, and just like before, everything was great. We booked this one for my mom’s 66th birthday and loved the peaceful, safe location. It was close to shops and restos but still quiet and relaxing and most importantly, away from the busy streets and traffic of Baguio. :) The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the veranda was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the cool Baguio weather. The host / co-hosts were responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to our next stay! :)

Staying at KPP’s place in Lapu-Lapu was such a great experience! The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. KPP was super helpful and easy to talk to felt like chatting with a friend. Definitely recommending this to anyone visiting Cebu!

This was one of the best stays I have had on Airbnb so far. Maria and Joseph are really great hosts; from the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and were always available to help with anything we needed. They even organized multiple day trips for us where we went hiking, drove to snorkeling spots with a boat, and also a boat trip to another island. The place is quiet and beautiful, and you have your own private access to the beach directly in front of the property. We were also able to borrow kayaks and explore the waters. The beach is great for snorkeling if you go further into the water; there are beautiful fish and marine life to see. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, with plenty of opportunities for adventure right on your doorstep.

The place is beyond our expectation. It is clean, well-maintained and very peaceful for relaxation. I love that the house is near the beach. There is a view of the view of the beach at the front veranda and a river and mountain view at the back. There was WIFi and Netflix . The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. It is like a home away from home. Manang (caretaker) was very helpful and nice. The owner Richard was very accommodating and responsive with all our queries. Too bad we went during Habagat season and the waves were so strong. But all in all we had a wonderful stay. We are definitely going back! I highly recommend this place!

‎This is our first out of town vacation together with my whole family this year, and we're all so happy that we spent it at this unit. The view of Taal is just majestic and calming. The unit is also very clean and everything we need is there. It is exactly how it looks like in the photos posted here. Very cozy. We had a very relaxing stay. Even just on the first night my parents already want to go back and book the room again soon 😁 Will definitely do that. Very response host. I selected this place for my in-laws (4 people) for 2 nights prior to traveling. The location, no stairs, and parking spot were the reasons this place was selected. One person in the party is handicap so that made it easier. Only minus is the small bathroom in trying to accommodate the person with the handicap. Something I'll have to be more observant of.

Place is nice and very near terminal 3 (via Runway Manila)

Certainly one of the best AirB&B accommodations that we've stayed in during 5 months in The Philippines. Complimentary touches that were totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Close to the airport, spacious, clean and fantastic kitchen facilities. An absolute bargain!!
