Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Satellite TV in the living room, TV with DVD player in the bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available. Daily bread service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!!) close by! Large storage room for bicycles, skis,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

Specially designed – like South Tyrolean nature. Lots of silver quartzite from the Pfitschtal (unique in the world) and with very calming qualities and lots of wood. And luxury is in the foreground. The chalet offers two double bedrooms with private bathroom and a large living room with kitchen, a beautiful terrace overlooking the forest and a private Jacuzzi. A Finnish sauna, relaxation rooms and a sunbathing lawn are also available for shared use.

The holiday apartment "Mareiter Stein Blasighof" which is situated in Racines/Ratschings, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 38 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes 2 balconies, an open terrace, the setting to wake up and enjoy your morning coffee.

Design Loft "Chez Mone & Harry"

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.
