Relax with your partner or family at this peaceful place. Is a small paradise near the edge of the forest/stream in the green, quiet neighborhood of single-family houses. The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

Why not go to Kunsthausmuseum to discover one of the most beautiful art collection in Europe ? Shopping possibilities (Coop) are just around the corner. The neighborhood Seefeld is also known for its cafes (Wuest, Monocle) and restaurants (Amalfi, Enoteca Riviera and many others) which are just nearby.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

The apartment`s location is very central. 1 minute walking distance from the famous Langstrasse(the party street), supermarkets(Migro, Coop and Denner), numerous restaurants and bars, and 100m from a beautiful park(Bäckeranlage). The place is 3 to 4 tram stops(or 15 minutes by foot) from the main station and Bahnhofstrasse(the shopping street).

Relax in this quiet environment in the Pfannenstiel region between Greifensee and Lake Zurich. On one side of the house you can reach the Forchbahn in a few minutes on foot, which takes you to the middle of Zurich city in 25 minutes. On the other side, a hiking trail leads to the Pfannenstiel.

The flat is the whole top floor of a beautiful and modern villa directly on the lake Zurich. The whole front towards the lake are floor to ceiling windows with access to the balcony overlooking the garden and the lake. The flat is accessible by lift.
