Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs hourly right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for small children, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The accommodation was simply beautiful 🤩 the terrace and the view of Lake Constance were just the icing on the cake The kitchen was super well equipped, even much more than you can expect. Everything was clean and super cozy! We felt completely comfortable and will hopefully come back again!!

We stayed in Dietmar's apartment for 2 days and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped, we didn't miss anything! The location is quiet and you can quickly walk to the lake. Communication with Dietmar was easy and very pleasant. We always got a quick answer to all our questions. From our side, there is a clear recommendation!

Rainy stay, which was not in the least clouded by the very well furnished and equipped apartment, its quiet location (5 min walk to the harbor and the center) and by what the city has to offer. Our hostess was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. A neighborhood in Bregenz that is unparalleled.

It was really nice staying there especially with the closeness to the train station and the lake! Great first AirBnb stay!

A great apartment if you want to vacation near Lake Constance Bregenz is quickly and easily accessible by car. Parking in front of the building was also easy. The apartment is really nice and the view of Lake Constance from the bedroom, living room and balcony is to be highlighted. The residential complex seems to be inhabited by a rather mixed crowd, so you also meet a few strange people. But it didn't feel unsafe

I can only recommend the place! The owner is very nice, accommodating and helpful. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description. It is very nice, clean and well equipped. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!
