The stay at Rolf's place was remarkable. It is spacious and roomy with all the comforts of home and more. The restoration to the facility was amazing and well thought out. Everything was well stocked, and we did not lack for anything. Rolf greeted us and gave us the grand tour and was available for any recommendations for things to see and do. We were centrally located to all the must-see places. We were not more than an hour or hour and a half from the things we wanted to do, so it was easy to daytrip out. The surroundings were lovely, with all the neighboring fields and countryside. Walking the streets in the morning was refreshing. Our friends that came with us had never been to Europe before and this was a great experience.

Desiring to visit Munich, we chose this accommodation because it was in a small quiet village and free parking for our vehicle. There is everything on site (2 great markets). Despite our language differences. Markus did everything he could to have excellent quality communication. I recommend

We were warmly welcomed by Barbara. We liked the apartment very much right away and felt comfortable right away. All rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. We particularly enjoyed the welcome greeting (tiered tray with fresh fruit, tray with various drinks and a few sweets). Thanks again for this. We had our teenage daughters with us who were still hungry in the evening after visiting the spa. Our salvation was a basket of different foods in the kitchen cupboard (pasta, tomato sauces, milk, cereals,...). Here you could help yourself and deposit the specified purchase price. The evening was saved and the vacation could begin. The farm is very quiet and the area was wonderful for my walks in the evening. We stayed here for 3 nights. We stayed with Thomas repeatedly. We were satisfied every time. Very good value for money. Thomas was always available. Check-in flexible and straightforward.

Great house (as described) with sensational garden right on the Danube. Everything was available and the reception and contact with the host Mr. Beslmeisl was great. Close to shopping (Rewe). For restaurants, however, you have to go/drive to the old town of Kelheim. I'm sure we'll be back.

We really felt at home in the newly renovated house. It smelled good, was very clean, there was even espresso, a milk frother and tea, vinegar, oil and spices. In the next village there is a bakery and restaurants. We liked the rural area and would come back any time. The hosts are very courteous, were easily accessible and could give us good tips. Thank you so much for the nice weekend.

Very helpful and friendly hosts,very attentive. Our car's battery died on the day of leaving and Michael helped us with that. Communication is super. The place is beautifully furnished,clean and has everything you need. Recovered after my surgery and felt safe and peaceful here. Check in was smooth too. Highly recommend!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for this great time!

our family had a really great time staying at Madsen's place. though walking to the train station takes around 10-15mins but it was an easy walk with nice greeneries and houses to look at. The apartment had everything from soya sauce for cooking to playmobil and Lego to keep the kids entertained. our kids love the place very much. it is a really spacious and well thought out apartment. lastly, Madsen has been a really really great and thoughtful host, will definitely recommend people to stay on his properties!

Super location, great architecture, perfect furnishings. Fantastic for design lovers. We were even allowed to check out later, as it was not rented out again directly after us. Perfect 👍

The house was super nice. Everything was clean, nothing was missing and it is in a nice quiet location. I can only recommend the place and would definitely vacation here again. Communication was very quick and check-in and check-out were straightforward and easy.

Stayed here for a period of 45 days. Very comfortable and homely. Decor has a very personal touch . Peter is very helpful and always available for any help. We had fresh fruits , juices and treats in store. The kitchen is well equipped . Supermarket is 5 mins walk away . Apartment is not too big but has ample of organised storage space . Overall , comfortable stay .

This apartment was absolutely amazing, providing an excellent accommodation during our work trip. It was very warm inside and we did appreciate it especially after the whole day outside. The parking lot was right in front of the entrance and we've been able to squeeze our company van there. I stayed in Silke's apartment with my parents for a week. The apartment is large and is in a very quiet area – perfect for relaxing. It is very easy to reach from the Munich center by S-Bahn and nearby there is everything you need: supermarket, pharmacy and drugstore. Communication with Silke was always very quick and friendly 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clear recommendation! We felt comfortable with our two dogs right away! Super nice forests for walking! We'll be back. :)

Wow! This is easily one of the nicest AirBnBs I've stayed at. The place was spotless, well laid out, and very comfortable. It's just about a 10 minute walk to the nearest U5 station where you can easily connect to the rest of Munich. You can also walk to the English Gardens in about the same time. Easiest 5/5 rating I've given
