There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space for a stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
