Granary on a Lamafarm

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Living "in the middle of the field"

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Apartment in the center of Melk

The apartment is located right in the center of Melk on the 1st floor of a baroque town house. It is 50 square meters and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room with shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer and a mini safe are also available. From the bay window living room with a wooden ceiling from 1568, you can look directly at the pedestrian zone. The steps of Sechergasse next to the house lead directly to our famous Melk Abbey.

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier City

The town of Atelier is located in the historic ship master's house directly on the Danube. Due to its central location, shops and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes' walk. The shipmaster's house is also located on the popular Danube bike path and offers its own bike parking and e-bike charging facilities. Old building apartment in the heart of the city of Melk, which offers everything. Located directly below Melk Abbey, in the middle of the pedestrian zone and yet close to the train station. Fantastic apartment with 150m², ideal for families with children. Very tastefully decorated, the peace and relaxation guaranteed. The Danube bike path is 5 minutes walking distance, private parking very close by, storage of bicycles available.

Book your stay and enjoy two cozy, beautifully decorated log cabins all to yourself, set on a private, fully enclosed property. A sauna and gym are available on request. From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.
