Monthly Rentals in Pettit

This is our second time to stay with David and Joyce. They are very friendly and had a great time talking with both of them. It is a place to stay that is extremely peaceful and calm. We sat on the patio each night and enjoyed nature at its best. I'd recommend the Patio to anyone. Thanks David and Joyce for taking care of us. See you next year.

When you’re renting on a platform like AirBnb, few things are more important than a responsive host that takes care of their guests. You’ll get that with Luke! Oh and the place is fantastic too!

During the course of the stay there was a tornado watch that went through on my phone. I was nervous since I was unfamiliar with area. The host was extremely responsive and understanding despite it being 5 or 6 am. Much appreciated.

I had already enjoyed my stay at another different apartment. This one was even more homey if possible.
