Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Petrača

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad bij Pero. Het was een net en schoon appartement met een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Er zijn een paar leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en je kan op zich prima lopend naar nabijgelegen standjes. Het appartement is gunstig gelegen tussen locaties zoals de oude stad Dubrovnik en de luchthaven. Pero is een zeer vriendelijke host.

The view is a 15/10 and Irena was a great hostess! She was very proactive and took great care of me when I got sick. She made an extra trip with linens and had plenty of suggestions on where to get additional supplies. Even before I felt up for leaving the apartment, the view was healing in and of itself! Irena was also immediately helpful (at 10:30 at night!) in getting on the phone with the internet provider to reset the WiFi after a brief power outage that affected the entire bay. She got us up and running in just a few minutes! So grateful we stayed here!

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

Es war sehr schön und gemütlich im Appartement. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und der Garten waren eine Augenweide. Marija war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet so dass, wir auch mit kleinem Gepäck zufrieden waren. Wir hatten eine sehr gute, entspannte Zeit.

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Andrea was an incredible host! She helped us set up transportation from the airport to the Airbnb, she walked us to our apartment and then offered ice cream as a welcome to us! She was so kind and her space was very clean and beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. She showed back up at check out to ask if she needed to store our bags in between check out and our flight. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful city at this beautiful, well accommodating Airbnb. Thank you Andrea!

Think this must have been my best airbnb experience ever! The place is absolutely gorgeous and Niksa is an amazing host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Check in and check out was also flexible which was great. We travelled with young kids and the place is perfect for families. There are bikes etc to play with and toys for the beach. The whole place was spotless and very well maintained. The location and surrounding area is beautiful with lovely beaches nearby. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Very good in general! Good comments, same as other trallvers. Good location, walk to bus stop, bakery, store only 5 mins. Bus to Old Town frequently. And, Srebreno pier with small boat to Old Town, Mlili, Cavtat. And, can offer boat trip to some islands. 7-10 mins walk to beach,the restaurants near beach is nice, affordable. host family is very nice and helpful! Thank you!

Mato and Tereza's place was an exceptional find and a hidden gem for anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik but wanting a peaceful stay away from the chaos. Located in a beautiful area only around 15mins away from Old Town, this was the perfect place for us. Tereza and Mato are so lovely and hospitality is definitely their passion. They were so helpful and accommodating, and thankfully they have family right next door who can help should it be needed. There is a pharmacy 1min away in the car, a supermarket (Studenac) also same distance, but larger ones like Lidl and Konzum are 12 15mins away. Mlini and Srebreno are 5mins away and are absolutely BEAUTIFUL make sure to visit. Bosnia border was around 20-30min away, took us 2hrs to get to Mostar and the Montenegro border was the same (visit Kotor for a nice day trip, took us 1.5hr) Tereza and Mato have thought of everything you can need for a lovely stay, I wish more hosts were as good as them

Vastasi hyvin samaa kun kuvissa. Majoittaja ja hänen perheensä oli todella mukavia. Olivat kokoajan paikalla. Hyvin ystävällisiä ja vieraanvaraisia. Alue oli rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Lähin pieni kauppa oli kävelymatkan päässä, mutta muuten alueella ei ollut kävleymatkan päässä melkein mitään. Uberilla/taxilla jotuu liikkumaan.

Cozy and exactly as described. Very easy to find and a smooth check-in. Had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay again!

It was really lovely, had all the amenities mentioned and was in a very nice spot. The blackout curtains were so helpful!

Boendet överträffade förväntningarna. Så nära till allt. Buss. Affär. Strand. Mycket vänlig och enkel värd. Jättefin pool som var välskött och skön. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende.

Todella ihana kohde. Huone oli kaunis ja puhdas. Merinäköala oli ihana. Majoittaja on todella ystävällinen ja huomioonottava. Hän halusi tehdä kaikkensa, jotta meidän olomme olisi mahdollisimman kodikas ja tervetullut. Hän jopa esitteli meille kaupunkia oma-aloitteisesti ja huolehti meistä koko vierailun ajan. Exemplary host, who exudes genuine kindness. Hosts like Alberto and his unique property (location/proximity to cultural attractions, setting/old world taste of Croatian living) are why Airbnb is my go to place for finding a place to stay.

Loved Marijana”s apartment, very homely , everything that you needed . The view is the best just unbelievable. Good 10-15 minute walk to the old town but a bus at the bottom of the stairs . A few stairs but keeps you fit . Thanks you so much for the stay

Die Wohnung war top. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns wurden viele Dinge in der Wohnung zur Benutzen freigestellt und der Kühlschrank war mit wasser, wein und bier gefüllt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation auf bezüglich des Check-Outs ohne Probleme. Sehr lieber Umgang miteinander. Wohnung ist viele Treppenstufen von der Altstadt/dem neuen Hafen entfernt. Aber wir haben alles zu fuß gemacht und das war völlig okay. Preis-Leistung war definitiv sehr gut. Haben uns keine Sekunde geärgert diese Wohnung gewählt zu haben und freuen uns bald wiederzukommen.

Logement très bien situé au centre de Dubrovnik, dispose d'un balcon (petit mais agréable), Mirna et Marko sont très réactifs et accueillants. Merci beaucoup à vous. Petit bémol non pas sur l'appartement mais sur la ville : celle-ci est devenue bien trop élitiste et à perdu tout son charme et son âme. Bien que l'architecture est très belle, les commerçants/restaurateurs ne décrochent pas un sourire et ont l'air déprimés de travailler dans les établissements, qui facturent pourtant extrêmement cher le moindre produit. En outre, bien que la ville soit prête à facturer jusqu'à 132€ la journée pour une place de parking, elle ne semble pas disposée à dépenser un centime pour simplifier l'utilisation des transports en commun (un vrai casse tête). Si vous êtes prêts malgré tout à visiter Dubrovnik, je vous recommande fortement cet appartement.

Nikolina is fabulous. Met us at the Buza gate and carried our luggage to the apartment. Sat with us and explained everything we needed to know on a map. She made us feel like family. The location is fabulous. Everything you want to see is a short walk. All the reviews written by previous guests could not be more accurate. Thank you Nikolina.

This was my favourite flat on our trip to Europe. We booked a pick up. The driver took us straight to the flat. The flat was exceptionally clean. And it was thoughtful to prepare food for us. It is worth mentioning that the flat has a very large balcony. The whole town can be seen. This was really so perfect. It was also very close to the beach. As we were checking out in the afternoon Luko was also kind enough to let us check out a few hours late. This flat made our travelling experience in Dubrovnik a perfect score.
