Andrea’s place was truly something out of a magazine—every detail was thoughtfully designed, and no expense was spared. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, chocolates, and a refrigerator stocked with delicious meats, cheeses, and fresh bread. Such a lovely touch! The village of Orašac is absolutely charming. The locals are warm and friendly, and the nearby coffee shop/pub was perfect for an evening nightcap. Andrea went above and beyond during our stay. She even brought us outlet adapters so we could charge our phones—completely unprompted. She also recommended a private skipper for a day tour of the nearby islands and Blue Cave, which was an unforgettable experience. The skipper was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and the boat was fully stocked with wine, beer, water, and towels. Like another reviewer said: if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described – and even better in person. The place was spotless when we arrived, including the beautiful pool which was very well maintained. The amenities were a big highlight for us – we loved having a small basketball and football court to stay active, and the ping pong table made for some great fun as well. Our host was fantastic – super proactive, responsive, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It really helped us make the most of our trip. All in all, it was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our short stay. Villa is very convenient for local shops and bus stop to Old Town just on the doorstep. The villa was clean and Mara very responsive when we had questions. We especially liked the pool area with its covered terrace and fully equipped kitchen just for the pool area. The view over the inlet is pretty.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Best and cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in my life. It’s remarkable, we walk barefoot in the house and there is no dust. Friendly and helpful host, a surprisingly good restaurant nearby.

Stunning views, amazing host! Thoughtful welcome treat, well-stocked kitchen, plentiful hot water, American-sized trash can (trust me, you'll love having it compared with those tiny European ones). Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, space to stretch out and relax inside and outside. But two things catapult this place to stellar territory: the host and the views. Toni kept in touch throughout our stay via AirBNB messages, offering tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt like he really wanted us to be happy in his home. As for the views, here's the best way I can explain it. One day as my husband and I sat on the terrace debating our afternoon plans, we realized we already were exactly where we wanted to be doing exactly what we wanted to do. The view of the old town never got old, and it changed depending on the time of day and the weather. One tip: Leave your fancy sandals home and pack study sneakers instead. Lots of steps - but so worth that view from this perch!

Exceeded our expectations, very well designed property with fabulous attention to detail throughout. Franco was extremely helpful taking us to a supermarket after arriving, which enabled us to get set up for the duration of our stay. Near to supermarkets, a bakery & a butcher so didn’t need much else. The barbecue was more than adequate & used on several occasions. Loved tortoise spotting& the table tennis which was enjoyed a lot. The pool was refreshing & again well used. The local buses to Dubrovnik were frequent & easy to take. Would fully recommend this villa, we have even looked at booking it for next Easter but fully booked sadly but will definitely be back!

Just got back from this beautiful villa as a group of 11 girls. Communication from the host was excellent right from the beginning until the end. Loved the thoughtful touches in the villa such as drinks ready in the fridge, fruit, sweets, cotton buds etc. The villa is absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectation’s. It was clean and spacious, perfect for big groups. Location was perfect too. Thank you so much once again for letting us stay in your beautiful home, we will definitely return.

The villa is a really exceptional standard and we had such a comfortable stay. There is everything you could need and it was spotlessly clean. The ice machine was a really helpful bonus and the fridge was stocked with lovely wine and cool drinks for our arrival - thank you Marija!! The views are amazing from the pool and from the terraces. Marija is such a welcoming and friendly host and full of helpful information about the local area. If there is anything she doesn't know she finds out really quickly and nothing is too much trouble. As others have said there is a very steep road up to the villa but very manageable and only a few minutes walk to get to supermarkets and the bakery and a great restaurant. Uber works really well for pickup/dropoff at the villa if anyone can't manage the hill and definitely better to bus or taxi into Dubrovnik as the traffic is mad! Can't recommend highly enough - the villa and its host Marija are just superb!!

Really enjoyed the property. We had a group of 11 so we had the entire place and thought its location, space and cleanliness was good. As you might expect in Europe - be prepared to walk some stairs!! The location is a bit tricky but there was some parking available so it worked. Roko and his dad (Ivo) were good to communicate with.

We loved our stay. It was a great location for old town and the cable car. Enjoyed the pool as well. Very refreshing. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Dubrovnik Old Town! Our stay at Ivana's beautiful property in Dubrovnik was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right inside the historic Old Town, we were just steps away from the bustling main street, Stradun, yet enjoyed a peaceful retreat. Being able to walk out and immediately be immersed in the charming alleyways, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning architecture of Dubrovnik was truly magical. All the major sights, fantastic restaurants, and lovely shops were within incredibly easy reach. Beyond the prime location, Ivana herself and her husband are an exceptionally helpful host. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Famtastic villa, accommodated large group of 10 family reunion - , aged from 8 to 83! Jas was great more then helpful, responding in minutes extensive knowledge of local resources, Helped us with everything - from getting to villa and local public holiday schedule, getting groceries, finding restaurants , arranging boat and yacht tours etc His helper Rosa lives on a property-great soul, feiendly and supportive Pictureus and idilic rural location, Jas provided a detailed instructions with a lot of prompting on our initial arrival driving time from nearest Tivat airport about 40 minutes, the local village with 3 restaurants and small shop / the beach 10 minutes. Clean pool , Wi Fi, lot of table games and books ! Roads are bit tricky to drive , esp for larger car but ok Hetting to a beach is better by car-overwise steppy walk Thank you Jas and Rosa

We had a lovely week in Mlini and with Irena’s brilliant recommendations we spent memorable days exploring Dubrovnik and visiting gorgeous restaurants with wonderful views. It was a short walk to the beach club or a quieter rocky beach with pristine waters for swimming and snorkelling. Excellent location.

To start off: Ilija was an immensely good and considarate host. He helped us with booking of transfer from the airport, greeted us at the house and gave us all the instructions needed with a big smile. We were lucky to be able to check in earlier which didn’t propose any problems at all. The fridge was stocked with welcoming food and the house was extremely clean at arrival which made us feel at home at once. The pool was great, the barbecues at the second floor was amazing and cozy. The location was about 3km from Cavtat so you could either take a walk, hills in mind though, or there was also a bus stop close by to the house. I can highly recommend a stay here and thanks again for being an amazing host at all times, you’ve made our trip!

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

This house is perfect for larger groups as it has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The views are stunning! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Note to future guests, we had some difficulty finding the house - the road to get to it is directly behind the border control station. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely accommodation and in an ideal position with stunning views across the bay. The location is great for exploring both Dubrovnik and the coast, we also drove to Bosnia & Herzegovina for the day. Maro was very responsive and sent through some great guidance on the property.

Great couple of days in this gorgeous villa. The initial drive is a little hair raising in parts, but worth it and not a problem on subsequent drives; we're used to driving in hilly locations! Very homely and stylish with lots of interesting artwork, light ing and furniture. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation, amazing views and so peaceful. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if required. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten track.
