The village bay is a sheltered spot to relax, listen to the sea; or walk along the clifftop path to the beautiful golden sands of Cruden Bay and golf course. Shops, pubs, services 3 miles. Ideally located near all the central amenities such as pubs, restaurants and cinema. This property would be suited for solo travellers or couples passing round the North East Coastal Route past the ‘Bullers of Buchan’ and local beaches which are the perfect viewing spot for the Aurora Boreallis on a clear night. This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

An idyllic 200 year old Bothy located in the North-East of Scotland, some say similar to the cottage from the movie "The Holiday". Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Pitmedden, known as Old Seaton Village. We can provide shuttle services to nearby popular amenities - prior notice required. Well behaved dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the property grounds and surrounding area and must not be left unattended in the bothy.

The cottage has spectacular views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). A small enclosed yard to the rear and a bench and parking area to the front. Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.

Beach House Recently Refurbished, light, bright and brilliantly situated right on the Beach in the small village of Cruden Bay 26 miles North of Aberdeen. Bram Stroker himself holidayed in Cruden Bay back in the late 1800's and many believe that the Local Slains castle inspired Dracula. Also, right on the doorstep of this unique property is the World Famous Championship Golf Course featuring a par 70 Links Course.
