This place and the view were as described. The view was absolutely beautiful to enjoy during the day and at night. It was just 2 of us and a toddler for one night, but it would be a great value for a larger group for a longer stay! The location was also fantastic.

I had such a wonderful time here! The studio is a lot bigger than the pictures make it out to be and there’s plenty of outdoor space too! I had everything I needed inside! I’d happily make another reservation again sometime!

This place is increíble! Hosts were friendly and proactive. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the view is unbeatable. The recommendations for hikes and restaurants were spot on. My husband and I had an amazing little getaway and we’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, gorgeous place to stay!

Lovely and peaceful historic home, that served as our base camp for exploring Point Reyes National Seashore. Super friendly hosts, adorable chickens and a magical garden deck with fire pit was a major plus!

We enjoyed the privacy and hominess of your space. The extra touches such as sparkling water in the fridge and snacks were very nice. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Because one of us is chemically sensitive it would be better if the laundry detergent used for sheets and towels was unscented. Michi and John

10/10, would absolutely return. Their beautiful home gave us the rest and relaxation we needed. Beyond the description, there are many thoughtful touches in this space that demonstrate the hosts have thought of everything needed to use the space well. We enjoyed morning coffee, evenings outside at the fire pit, time in the hot tub, and very restful evenings. Exploring the surrounding areas and finding incredible restaurants with fresh, local ingredients was another wonderful part of the trip.

I enjoyed my stay at Carolyn's cozy guest suite. Her communication was very helpful, the space had everything I needed, and her garden is really beautiful!

We had a great stay at this studio in San Rafael! There were two of us, and it was more than enough space— roomy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything had its place, including a walk-in closet where we could keep our bags, which helped the space feel open and organized. There was even a desk area in case you need to get some work done. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, with convenient parking right outside the unit. It was also a great location—close to Novato, Terra Linda, and an easy drive to Napa, which made it a perfect home base. The hosts were kind and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Bonus tip: check out Garden Cafe (about 15 minutes away). The chilaquiles were the best I’ve ever had, and the lattes were fantastic. Highly recommend this stay!

This was definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs I have stayed at so far. Beautiful location, great communication with hosts, the space was unique and clean. You honestly transport to another world once you’ve arrived. Very beautiful villa atmosphere and nicely tucked away/private, would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed this place. The hot tub was hot enough. It had a had a cute view that is very romantic. The best part about it is it had a chair outside that you can sit and enjoy the weather.

We had a lovely stay at Elaine’s home. She was able to accommodate an early check in and her husband greeted us politely at check in with some helpful tips for our stay. The space itself was very clean and was just spacious enough for our needs. The private room has its own entrance with a nice patio where we enjoyed eating all our meals. Inside has a small table along with a mini fridge and a bathroom. We would stay here again!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Inner Richmond, hosted by Malcolm, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. His keen interest in getting to know his guests through thoughtful questions made the experience feel personal and engaging. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and Malcolm's attentive nature really enhanced my visit!

Ricki's place is absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home. It's in a great location, tucked away just enough but still central and accessible. We loved sitting out on the little balcony and listening to the birds, or walking down the street to Andy's Sun Valley Market (easy 5 min walk). The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous (huge shower with skylight!). The shutters open out to a beautiful view and morning sun. And Ricki has thought of everything with the kitchenette. Was sad to leave and I cannot wait to hopefully come back someday!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed being there. The landscape is picture-perfect, the view is breathtaking and you can see lots of animals. Even the deer come by. At night you have a sky full of stars and enjoying it in the hot tub makes it even more special. I can highly recommend a stay there.

Best experience; truly beyond expectations. we were celebrating valentines weekend and we're met with wine and cheese, fresh flowers and a perfect outdoor experience. so many octopi to find in the beautiful garden and in the home. every time you open a cabinet or make a turn. we spent so much time trying to count them all and even added a friend to the collection. even with the occurance of a poweroutage, Margaret truly made sure we were taken care of and updated until the city got the power back on. we honestly can't wait to come back! thank you so much Margaret!

If you are looking for a high-end, stunningly beautiful, artistically decorated, well-equipped accommodation, with a fantastic view through floor-to-ceiling windows, and private hot tub, look no farther. You can tell from the photos in the listing that this is a lovely place. But the reality exceeds the photos. You have to see it to believe it. It's a zen-like retreat, yet close to everything. A rare combination! And the host is top notch as well - helpful, communicative, responsive. You couldn't ask for more. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

This place was everything it promised. So relaxing and close to town. We didn't want to leave. Lori was an excellent and responsive host. Can't wait to come again when we visit our family in Benecia!

Nice place. Clean and well decorated. Bed is comfy and it has everything there I needed for staying 4 nights. I really enjoyed the location. Nice neighborhood to walk in and I walked only a few minutes to a local yoga studio and restaurants. Host is available if you need anything. I recommend.

Jane , Bill and Alfie the Wonder Pup are cordial and lovely.. The space was comfortable, private, quiet and well appointed. Great shower water pressure and a comfortable bed. The neighborhood is relaxed, close to the center of Sonoma and convenient for travels elsewhere.

This is a great place for a couples getaway up in the hills of Mill Valley. Nancy is very responsive and takes good care of her guests. The kitchen is modern and practical, there's a nicely tiled bathroom with a bidet, deep Jacuzzi tub and shower. The bed is comfy and there's a nice little simulated fireplace next to it. Every room has glass doors with a view out to the bay. Highly recommended!

Vicki’s place was beautiful, relaxing, private, and comfortable. When you book here you’re booking a private spa with amazing views, it was exactly what we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this location!
