Your accommodation is suitable for the solo or business traveler, or 1 couple with 2 children or 3 adults with a child from 0 to 3 years old.

Le passage est un endroit très tranquille, nous vous demanderons de respecter la tranquillité de nos voisins et de limiter le bruit à l'extérieur.

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

Also close to the beaches of the Atlantic coast, the Arcachon Bay, the Bordeaux vineyards (St-Emilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, Médoc). You'll love my loft-style place for its spa, unoverlooked terrace, 2-car garage on the ground floor, and location.

Completely renovated by an architect, the interior space is spacious: 38 m2 of living room, 2 bedrooms of 14 m2 and a space of 10 m2 for parents, located upstairs.
