Located in a very beautiful stone building, dating back to the 18th century, this apartment has been completely refurbished in a loft style. You will appreciate the calm and comfort as well as its location in the heart of Bordeaux. Apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator elevator. The apartment consists of a large and pleasant living room of 32 m2, a bedroom and a duplex bathroom. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the 2 sofas of the living room each equipped with a comfortable mattress of 80/200cm. In the large and pleasant kitchen bathed in light you will find all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, induction plates, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. 4 public car parks are nearby between 3 to 5 minutes on foot. Attention, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. I will be at the disposal of travelers before and throughout their stay in order to provide the necessary information about the city, its activities ... The prestigious address of this apartment will allow you to enjoy on foot the whole city of Bordeaux: the Gambetta square, the Grand Hommes and the Grand Théâtre but also, of course, museums, shops and restaurants.
