This winegrower's house, built at the beginning of the 20th century, has been renovated by combining tradition and modernity to welcome you in a peaceful atmosphere full of charm. Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. 20 m2 renovated, air-conditioned and fully-equipped accommodation. It's comfortable, quiet and bright. On sunny days, you will enjoy your private and unoverlooked terrace. It is suitable for a person or a couple with a baby. Free street parking is available. Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. During the week check-ins are from 5pm and check-outs are at 11am. And on weekends from 2pm and checkouts at 11am.
