The cottage is fully furnished, mini frig, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishware, bed and bath linens & basic cooking condiments.

Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

Sleeps 4 guests - Main bedroom consists a queen bed and the upstairs loft offers 2 twin beds. Spacious bathroom with double vanity and 2 shower heads. After a long day, come back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the front porch. We also have a grill, fire pit, and picnic table for our guests.

As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio.
