Located in Lyon Gerland, 2 steps from the banks of the Rhone, a 15-minute walk from the Confluence Museum, a 25-minute walk from the central square of Bellecour and with TCL network (metro B, Tram T1) less than1 km away.

Our barge is perfectly located beetween the new neighborhood of « la confluence » and the historic center of the city «  le vieux Lyon «  15mn walking. You will enjoy your private deck with outdoor furniture. The studio 20 m² has been completly renovate to upgrade your confort ; there is a bathroom with shower, usefull kitchen and large bedroom to give you a perfect relaxing time in the wild, very close to the center.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Central apartment, ideally located 500 m from Place Bellecour, and 800 m from Vieux Lyon 3 rooms in perfect condition on the top floor of a 7-story building with elevator and a fabulous view of the Rhône, the Hôtel-Dieu and the Basilica of Fourvière. Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.

The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).
