Central apartment, ideally located 500 m from Place Bellecour, and 800 m from Vieux Lyon 3 rooms in perfect condition on the top floor of a 7-story building with elevator and a fabulous view of the Rhône, the Hôtel-Dieu and the Basilica of Fourvière. Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.

On the 3rd floor with elevator, it consists of a nice bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a desk area. A 6 m2 terrace embellishes it. A bedroom with its bathroom (separate toilet) will complete this beautiful apartment.
