Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and recently renovated. It is located in the very dynamic Jean Macé area. It is very close to Perrache train station, Part-Dieu, Place Bellecour and very well served (tram, metro and bus 7-10 min away). All comforts: air-conditioned room, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), washing machine, TV (Netflix and Chromecast), fridge, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction stove, Nespresso machine, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, safe. Linens provided.

Lovely city flat

Simplifiez vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et central! L'appartement est très charmant, il est situé à 3 mins à pied de la gare Perrache. La chambre est en alcove dans le salon et la cuisine est séparée. L'appartement est coté cour donc très calme! Proche du centre de Lyon à pied ou en métro, cet appartement est très pratique pour visiter la ville seul ou en couple! :) Nous fournissons les draps et les serviettes ainsi que le gel douche et le fond de maison. It is located courtyard of Verdun Perrache a stone's throw from the train station and Place Carnot which marks the southern end of the city center. There are many shops and restaurants including the famous Brasserie Georges 50 m away. The Confluence district and Place Bellecour are within a 10/15-minute walk. Metro, tram and bus are 200 m from the apartment. Autonomous entrance.

This unique place has a style all its own. A very nice 30 m2 designer studio with all the amenities you need for a very pleasant stay It is ideal for couples, families, business travelers or solo travelers. Studio is warm, modern, decorated in a Scottish style, it is located on the edge of the Rhône It has just been completely renovated (end of work August 2023) with excellent quality materials to offer guests a cozy place for their stay

Timéo’s place was perfect for my stay in Lyon. Located in a quiet and nice part of town. They were very quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Great stay at Laura's. His apartment is very well located for visiting Lyon with the tram within 5 minutes' walking distance. Everything was clean and tidy, the bed comfortable and the apartment well-equipped overall. Laura is also very friendly and communication was very easy. Thank you again!

I've had a fantastic stay in Mathieu's beautiful apartment. It was modern, comfortable and perfect for my situation. I especially enjoyed the big balcony. The neighbourhood is great and the apartment is in walking distance to nature, the shopping center and restaurants. Communication with Mathieu was easy and fast and he gave me a nice personal welcome upon arrival. I can fully recommend and would choose this apartment again if I return to Lyon.

An outdoor terrace is furnished with a wooden table and comfortable seating arrangement. Cushions in warm tones are placed on the chairs, enhancing the inviting space. Potted plants can be seen along the perimeter, contributing to the greenery of the view from the terrace.

It is a nice place. The location is good and the neighbourhood feels relatively safe and nice. Sylvaine communicates well and the apartment was clean and as expected. We had a good time.
