The chalet is made of rustic reforestation wood with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and basic utensils, bathroom, bedroom with air conditioning and cable TV, Wi-Fi. The chalet is 3 km from the ferry, all flat and paved. The nearest beach is Perequê, where the commercial center, bank, pharmacy, market are located.

Located in the Barra Velha neighborhood, the same as the ferry, they are in a central region with nearby shops, such as a supermarket, bakery and other services. The nearest beaches are about 3 km away: on one side, Ilha das Cabras and, on the other, Perequê beach.

O espaço físico em oferta pode ser classificado como tendo características de um apartamento do tipo quitinete, dois cômodos (quarto-sala-cozinha, e um banheiro). Existe um balcão, no cômodo maior, que delimita o espaço da cozinha. Nesse cômodo existem ainda uma cama de casal e uma beliche (a cama de casal pode ser permutada por outra beliche), uma mesa com duas cadeiras, um sofá, uma TV, um ar-condicionado e dois armários (embutidos na parede).
