You will have quick access to the southern beaches as well as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + a lodging in this private place (only the garage and the flights of stairs are shared) . The space has access on the side of the house, a gate and a parking space!
