Chalet vacation rentals in Pereque Beach

The accommodation is the same as the photos, it is located in an accessible and quiet street. Near downtown and ferry, the chalet is functional and was extremely clean!! The one who gave us the instruction was Beatriz who was super solicitor and pleasant.

Odair has welcomed us very well and always available on mobile, taking our doubts throughout the stay, very kind! The suite is well organized and new, perfect for a couple, having the comfort with the bath towels and bedding was great. Alem of the reception with an Easter egg on the holiday.

The house corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing and to Ana's description, Simone's service was impeccable, congratulations to you for the cleanliness and care of the house, everything was right.....I just want to leave a tip for the near future if possible, install air conditioning on the ground floor of the house, the fan helped a lot, but with the air it will be even more cozy..... We stayed for the second time with Eneas and it was perfect again. Great location, cozy chalet, we are myself, my husband and two dogs and it was wonderful days, we spent 7 days! Super recommend and will be back more often!

The word to define it is Gratitude. From the first contact with Leda, she was attentive the whole time, clarified all doubts, indicated places, tips and full support. The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

Very nice and tidy place. It has air-conditioning in the bedroom and a sensational swimming pool. Super attentive host. It's just a little far from the beach but if you go by car it's not even 10 minutes

Very well organized and clean place. We felt at home. Very clear instructions. We arrived late at night, and the road was a little complicated, but it was due to the time. As for the noise, it was unfortunate, but the region was hosting an event, with live music and motocross racing, which somewhat impaired the experience.

It was an excellent stay!! Maressa is always attentive. The cottage is wonderful, a super quiet place. Great for those who like to enjoy nature, not to mention the beautiful waterfall that is close to the cottage. I highly recommend it.

I loved the stay! It's a privilege to have the waters that flow from Cachoeira da Toca, which is close to the house, right on the balcony. A place in contact with nature and very close to the Island's commercial areas. Vanessa was an amazing host, she left everything prepared with extreme care and cleanliness, in addition to super clear and simple communication.

The stay was very good in Eder's apartment. We only have observation to do in relation to the condominium, which does not have a sun guard in the pool. Suggestion would be to make a natural cover (of plants) in an existing bamboo structure, to make shade. We tried to use the external shower, down the road (staircase) to the beach, but the forest was closed covering the shower and with cobwebs. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, very nice. Recommend!
