We are located minutes from Pensacola NAS along with lots of other restaurants and shopping venues. We fell in love with this 6th floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. The condo is very quiet and easily accessible to the elevator, pool, ocean, grilling area and parking. HAPPY BEACHING!!

Come enjoy our cottage by the sea the BeachBum! Stay well and away from crowds while still enjoying your beach get away. Located in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood which includes 3 private beach access boardwalks and 1 public beach boardwalk. Also we have a golf cart parking area by one boardwalk and parking area by public board walk. Cook in our well stocked kitchen. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets. Nature trails , marina close by, wildlife. Short walk to beach on roads with little traffic.
