Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

The apartment is fantastically located – just a few steps from the beach and in the middle of a large, well-kept garden, which is completely available. It is stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable and can relax wonderfully. The private parking spot is also a plus. The proximity to nature and the peaceful surroundings are particularly beautiful. A small disadvantage is the sound transmission – unfortunately, you can hear a lot from the neighbors. Those who are sensitive should bring earplugs. Overall, however, a wonderful place that we would like to recommend and will come back!

We were delighted with Piero's and Marisa's hospitality. In the apartment, we quickly felt very comfortable and the communication was perfect. We spontaneously wanted to check out a little later, and that went smoothly too. Marisa is a very nice person and despite the language barrier (Italian / German) everything worked out very well.

It's a little (or rather a big) paradise in the middle of the green mountains. For guests looking to avoid tourist spots and prefer to be disconnected from the world and stay in the middle of nature, this house is ideal! The view of the mountains is awesome! The large terrace is beautiful day and night to see the stars illuminate the sky 🌟 The lilies are fine, 2 shower rooms are correct! However, make sure to do your shopping before you arrive ( No shampoo, shower gel, or soap provided). No coffee or water bottle provided either.. Apart from that the company managing the property is very professional! I arrived very late at night and had trouble finding the house in the dark. They were very responsive even at 11 p.m.! Another day, I forgot the key to the house inside early morning, I wrote to them and a technician arrived 30 minutes later with a duplicate of the keys! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

The house has a very nice terrace and we had nice company by cute cats. The house was very clean and the communication uncomplicated and friendly. The beach can be reached in 7 minutes by car and we also found a pretty path on foot.

We had a wonderful time in Cardedu with Claudia. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The area is nice and quiet, but has many shops for daily needs very close by. In the village, there are 3 supermarkets with great offer, 2 very good butchers, delicious pizzerias, an excellent fish restaurant and a wonderful pastry chef with the finest delicacies. We were very happy with the location. Claudia was always available as well as on hand. We'll be more than happy to come back! Thank you!
