Everything was quite good. I really enjoyed staying this place. A lot of fun in sveti stefan and in budva. The house has large pool. It has very good view sveti stefan.

The place is beautiful with spectacular view of the bay and mountains- breathtaking ! The place is very clean - spacious, has everything you will need. Vera is super nice- extremely helpful as a person, but also very kind hearted, guided us really well on going about the local areas, stayed up late for us to check in.

We had an awesome stay! Apartment is very well equipped with stunning panoramic view from the balcony accross the Kotor bay area. Self-check-in and out was smooth and very much appreciated. Milica was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended, would love to come back!

We had a really nice stay, we got ill but even that made the place better. It was really nice to stay in for some days and recover. Thanks for the stay it was really lovely.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable, very clean, and cozy. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. There were even little steps for a child. Every detail in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged. The hosts gave excellent recommendations on where to go and what to buy, and they responded quickly. We had breakfast on the balcony almost every day — the view was stunning. We definitely recommend this place. P.S. A special bonus was the birdsong in the mornings.

We stayed at the studio for a week and it was absolutely stunning. The view was unbelievable and the studio was so new and clean. I was a bit wary that it was too good to be true as there were no reviews when I booked but everything was absolutely true! Would recommend to anyone. Only downside is the 20 ish minute walk into old town, but it’s along the sea which is lovely.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful stay! The place was just lovely with amazing views! Such a peaceful location! Andjela was so responsive - answering all of of questions within minutes. Andjela booked taxis for us each day, nothing was too much trouble. Taxis into Kotor were reasonably priced and around 10 minutes drive away. A lovely lovely stay! Thank you so much!

Beautiful cottage, in a quiet and beautiful location. We had a great rest, fried fish, grilled meat and bathed in the jacuzzi. We drove to all the attractions. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more, the first time I meet such, just great! Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality 🩷

We've been to a few places around the world, but this accommodation had one of the best vibe. From the terrace, you can see the Adriatic-sea and the mountain almost right behind the house. The house is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms, which is very parctical, when you are with friends. The host always answered quickly, was helpful and flexible and gave us useful tips. You can find a seafood restaurant within a 3-minute walk and plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Budva is close to the accommodation by car, you can find everything you need.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

It’s my second time there, great again!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The view is 2 km away from the center of Kotor, it is very nice to watch the huge ships docking in the more beautiful kotor and the unique view from the balcony. The room was clean and everything was perfect. Hosts answered our questions and helped us. I can recommend it was a nice experience for us. In addition, when you lower the shutter for security purposes in the window of the room, the room is pitch black, and I like it very much:)

Lovely apartment, quality furniture, super clean and equipped with everything a family may need. Stunning view from the balcony. Great location, walking distance to the beach and to Portonovi (restaurants, grocery store, and more). Very comfortable beds, fully equipped ( hair dryer, french press, drip coffee, you name it), beautifully decorated and furnished. The place is new and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach side, easy access to the ferry, and the stunning views from the balcony. There is designated parking. Thank you Sean for being super responsive!

We had a lovely stay in Sanja’s place. It was clean and neat and had everything we needed. If you have a car, the location is great for exploring the area. I recommend following Sanja’s instructions for driving to the apartment, because the other road from Kotor is very narrow.

Excellent! A very nicely appointed and charming clean place, very recently renovated. Very comfortable sofas and living room. Great location in old Town, and good air conditioning units as well as cross ventilation on living room floor. Super host! A little loud at night with the festive old town foot traffic and the historic church bells ringing right outside, but that was the only negative we could find. Loved our stay.

We really loved this cute airbnb right in the old town. So great for dipping in and out of the old town vibes and even if just sitting on the terrace you got the old town atmosphere. Apartment was clean and well equiped. We loved Mogren beach and Mogren 2 beach, the rocky cliffs surrounding the beaches were awesome and made for a cosy feel. The water was the best we saw on our Montenegro trip, so clear.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
