Vacation rentals with beach access in Perast

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. We had everything we needed in the flat and all restaurants are nearby. Slobodan was really helpful and responsive. Check in and checkout were straightforward. I can recommend to stay here.

A great place to explore Kotor and Montenegro from if you have a car! The amenities were very modern and well designed. Easy enough to walk or drive into old town. Would recommend!

Brilliant view and great check-in. The place was exactly as described and wonderful to come home to every night. We had a nice stay.

I was positively suprised of the view from apartment. Room was clean and cozy and communication went well with Stefan. We had a car and were able to see quickly all the surrounding areas and I recommend to rent a car for moving around. Bus is also moving close by but the e-bikes were not working down the walking street. Only slightly negative side was the amount of light that comes to apartment in the morning so sleepingmask (at least for me) was a must. Maybe curtains for sleeping could be good adding to apartment 🤗

This apartment is in the heart of Perast on the water. It is in an older building. The best part was being able to sit on the balcony and watch all the goings on up and down the road. Perast is a lovely town, quaint with great restaurants and ice cream/gelato every 100 feet. It is a perfect apartment for three or more people with two bathrooms. We felt as if we lived there. Anita was extremely responsive and able to answer all questions asked especially as we were getting to know the apartment and town. She was also able to recommend a driver for us who was superb and we used him on three separate days. A truly enjoyable stay was had by all.

From start to finish, Nikoleta and her partner were so helpful with very clear instructions regarding check-in & lots of useful recommendations. The apartment was immaculate & extremely comfortable with all the amenities you could need. We would definitely recommend Dobrota as an excellent base to explore the area and the apartment was the perfect place for a peaceful stay whilst being close enough to walk into Kotor centre. As first time visitors to Montenegro, we couldn’t have chosen better!

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You do need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't mind. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Kotor Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from charming cafes, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable, giving us the best of both worlds. Communication with our host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that helped make our short stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everything was exactly as described. The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a lot of character that fit perfectly with the old town vibe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor — you really can’t beat the location and the hospitality!

Located right in the heart of the very central old town, this place made us feel like a home. It had a clean and beautiful ambiance. We wanted to take the house and go to Istanbul, and it was very nice that they also took care of the😂😂 tourist tax and we did not have to deal with it.

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in. We had a fantastic stay in Dobrota! A big thank you to Nikola for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The apartment was cozy and perfectly located near the sea and close to Kotor and Perast. What really made the experience special was Nikola’s constant availability and support throughout the stay. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and things to see , all of which helped us make the most of our time in Montenegro.
