We had a wonderful stay at Ivy’s place in Penang! 🏡 The house was exactly as shown in the photos—beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable ✨🛏️. The surroundings were peaceful 🌿 and added to the relaxing vibe of our trip. It truly felt like a home away from home for me and my family ❤️. Such a lovely Airbnb! We really enjoyed staying here. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was amazing as we could walk anywhere we wanted. Demi and her family were fantastic and communicative hosts, as they made us feel really welcome and let us check in early, and also looked after our bags upon checkout too. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Georgetown!!

Well-thought-out interior. Every room is equipped with air-conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. The kitchen is beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Vincent is a very nice and responsive host! One of the room aircon didn’t function well, so I inform Vincent in the morning and left the house. When we come back, we saw a new aircon!! That’s really surprise us! He really trying his best to make us feel comfortable at the house. I really appreciated that! Felt so lucky to manage to book Vincent house! Definitely will book his house again in future when we come to Penang!

Great location. Host was attentive we had an issue with the stove and toaster and he took care of it replaced the toaster and gave us an electric wok to heat our food. Enjoyed our stay will be back, liked the location and close proximity to shops and restaurants. Malaysians are very friendly and hospitable.

Lovely house with great character in a very central area close to key attractions. On two occasions we discovered that people like to hang out in the street outside and talk late into the night, which made it difficult to get to sleep. Apart from that, we loved staying there.

The unit was spotless—very clean - even the sheets so clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the swimming pool from the balcony—it was such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially in the evenings. The entire place is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The unit has everything in the kitchen, you name it you have it. So dont worry. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable getaway. Nice place, strategic location with choices of eateries nearby, the host was helpful and responsive. Only issue was parking – had to use visitor parking and inform the guard every time we went in or out. For longer stays, renewing overnight parking daily was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, everything was good!

Great flat for a couple. Comfortable and nice to come back to after exploring in the heat of Penang. We stayed 4 nights and it had everything we needed. Clear instructions and communication from Charles, who was very helpful and responsive.

I recently stayed at Iconic Regency Service Residence and had a great experience. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing stay. They also provided free shuttle service to Queensbay Shopping Mall and George Town, it’s very convenient I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and pleasant stay.

Honestly the apartment condition exceed my expectations. It is much more spacious in actual size than shown the photo. It is clean in every corner of the apartment. I have a 1 year old baby with me so cleanliness is one of my biggest concern when traveling. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment equipped with all the necessities for home stay and it just feel like stay at own place. It is an excellent experience for me and my family. The location is away from city area but easily accessible by car to city and other attraction in Penang. The surrounding is peaceful with nice view and lots of nice restaurants (walking distance, actually just downstairs). I tried a few nearby restaurants during my stay and they are all very delicious with good service. In short, I highly recommend this apartment.

Great value and very responsive host. I had to cut my stay short and the host was very accommodating. The games in the pictures are as described and are fun. The condo build has convience stores and restuarants all walkable in the same compex. The A/C system is really good, so you can beat the Malay heat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siang’s Place at Straits Quay. This was the first AiraBNB in a long time where a person showed up to check us in and out. Kev was our contact person during our stay and he was kind, helpful and always available. The unit was clean and comfortable matching the description on the listing. All of the other nice things that people have said in their reviews are true. Even though the unit does not face the water, the balcony is large and nicely shaded in the morning for enjoying our coffee. Some of the things we really liked include the pool and gym (new equipment in the gym and strong AC), the wonderful grocery store just a few steps away, the walking paths along the water (perfect for morning or evening walks), easy pick up and drop off for Grab, and the weekly cleaning service included in the fee. Great stay, we will come again. Thanks Kev and Siang.

Weykey is great host, she gave clear instruction upon our check in/out time, always responsive and also helpful. Her unit is superb, Spotlessly clean, has a great view towards the ocean and the city, lots of big windows, bright, bed was soo comfy and a have a nice kitchen set up. We truly have no complain about her unit and loving every second we spent there. Will definitely book this unit again if we happen have a chance to go back to Penang!

Recommended apartments to stay in Penang. A very helpful host n fast respond. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great view, and it was easy to get around on foot — especially since it’s close to Loh Guan Lye Hospital.

Perfect place for my family of 4. So cosy with a Great view. The pool table is for sure a good plus. My family enjoyed the stay here. Host was very responsive too
