Great location great accommodations. Very clean and spacious. Well supplied with paper products etc. Second time staying there and we will be back on our next trip to the area.

This is a very cozy cottage on a shady street with plenty of parking. I really appreciate the fact that there were no TVs That's very refreshing for an Airbnb. The only bathroom was at the top of the stairs which was a small inconvenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is quite comfortable.

Chris's place was incredible. The privacy of it for myself and my dog to run around in the back was perfect. There is a clear path to walk down by the river, and the view are outstanding. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Peoria. Thank you, Chris

We stayed here for a school trip with a few classmates and had a great time! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly what we hoped for. They even left us some s’mores supplies, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was smooth and easy- would definitely recommend!

I really enjoy staying at this house. It is comfortable and well situated in Peoria. I really appreciate how responsive the hosts are. We had something come up and they got back to me immediately with a resolution. This is my preferred place to stay whenever I need to come to Peoria.
