It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Beautiful ranch house centrally located on a dead-end street. A true oasis close to everything! Three bedrooms have high-quality queen beds. There are two full baths. One has a deep soaking jacuzzi tub. The other has a large tiled walk-in steam shower. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cookware and stainless appliances. You'll also enjoy the large deck, which has comfy furniture under a gazebo, bistro table & chairs for two, and Weber gas grill.
