Our hostess is AMAZING! She was very responsive within 3 minutes. Her home was spot on cleanliness! Her friendliness is so welcoming that she felt like family. The rooms were more then expected. More then enough amenities, well stocked. Neighborhood felt very safe, very clean and very quiet. Neighbors were also friendly. Home was close to everything we needed. It was all above my expectations. I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

We had a wonderful, overnight stay at Sheynnas place. Quick, last minute getaway for our family and she was super accommodating. Lovely and clean home, BUT, the outdoor space is where it’s at. Beautiful, lush landscaping surrounding the pool, with an awesome water feature. Clean grill and propane fire pit to cozy up to. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Beds were super comfortable. We are super happy with the short time we had!

I couldn’t recommend this home enough! The house looks exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. The location was very ideal. Everything was super close which was convenient. The yard was amazing and offered nice privacy. Maureen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I’d love to come back again!!

Our week long stay at this beautiful house was great . More than enough room , nice outdoor seating with a pool and a grill . Angela and her husband are great hosts. Angela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any of my messages .

The house was impeccably and just as described. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials and had everything we needed as if we were at home. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful; fresh flowers in the home, a bottle of bubbly for mothers day and fruit was waiting on our arrival. The backyard was AMAZING; so much to do with the pool and hot tub, volleyball and basketball court, many different seating areas, fire fit, horse shoes, etc. We basically lived outdoors and the kids had the best time. We will hands down be back and would recommend this home and hosts all day long. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s home in Arizona! The house was spotless when we arrived and had such a cozy, welcoming feel. The location was perfect — just a quick drive to both Phoenix and Scottsdale, which made it easy to explore and enjoy all kinds of activities. Kyle was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the house itself — whether we were hanging out by the pool or enjoying the peaceful views by the water, it was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

Great stay for long weekend! Place was so cozy! We didn’t want to leave! The backyard was so much fun! We can’t wait to book again. Ty was so accommodating. Best experience ever!!!!! 🤗

Laura’s place was perfect for us. My granddaughter was graduating college and it was easy access to the area. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. A couple of questions I needed info on, Laura quickly responded. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home and yard were very well put together. We loved the pool table and games. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely book again, if we come back to Phoenix!

We had a great stay. The sliding door is sticky, as other guests have mentioned, and some of the cabinets are a little rough around the edges, but none of that affected our stay. We had plenty of space, the outdoor space is perfect for a family, the beds are comfortable, the neighborhood feels safe and comfortable. Our kids had a blast. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home! Clean, well stocked (we have stayed in many Airbnbs and this would have to be #1 for supplies!), private, beautiful brick-fenced backyard with blooming roses, jasmine and a peach tree. Hot tub was wonderful to relax in and watch the birds. Great location - convenient to stores and local restaurants. Most of all Amanda was an excellent and responsive host. We experienced a personal situation which required a delay and Amanda was very accommodating for which we are very grateful! Highly recommended. If we could give a 10, we would.

They were a blessing to us they let you have your privacy and ask if theres anything ya need beforehand. A big plus was that i had proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes i told them about it and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne on ice for us that just made the trip so much better they were very friendly and i would love to be here again for sure. Thank you guys again we loved your home!!

Fantastic host and extremely convenient and comfortable place! Was perfect for our family with young adults and kids. Everything was the same as on the listing and we were able to immediately make ourselves at home. Everything was simple and clean. Would happily stay again if in the area and would recommend to friends and family. Host accommodated for late check-out request and was very responsive. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful place. Great for young kids; there's never a downtime, as kids are always busy playing and swimming. The pool is great, the backyard is safe and secure, and you can keep an eye on the kids from inside the house. It is located in a great area with many other activities and restaurants. The house has very good air conditioning, as needed for Arizona weather. It is well-equipped for cooking inside and outside. Great for swimming and lounging at night. I'm not an Airbnb person, but my son and his wife are, and they rated this as a top-class unit, if not the best they have ever stayed in. The owners paid attention to detail, which made it great. Great Space. This was exactly what we needed to celebrate for our family. To be able to celebrate our Daughters 18th Birthday and Graduation in a single location with family was a great value. Large lot, privacy hedge and copious activities made it a perfect venue. Alexa house and lots of amenities meant we didnt need to go out for much. Beautiful diving pool with waterfall feature. An amazing location with an amazing host. Will be returning and recommending to others when the opportunity presents itself.

Great stay, perfect for a family trip with all the things you’d need for kiddos (kids utensils, pack and play, games). We had a great time and they were always very responsive.

Highly recommend! Great place to stay when in the Phoenix area. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We felt right at home :) Phenomenal location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great place for families as there is something for everyone within a few miles. The neighborhood is quiet and Suzy is a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will look to book Suzy’s place again.

Rhiannon's Airbnb was a home away from home. It was very spacious and accommodated my family comfortably. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for meal prep and feeding. The neighborhood was quit and relaxing. It was loaded with plenty of features for entertainment, pool table, video games, pool, putting green, and more.
