The comfy beds are memory foam and the bathrooms are both updated. Skip the game day/concert traffic and opt for an easy walk. We are located 0.8 miles from State Farm Stadium.

Sunnyside has a diving pool (NOT heated), hot tub, corn hole, VR headset, foosball table and much more for your home entertainment. We didn’t forget about the little ones, as they have a play coffee bar and games!

This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016.
