Vacation rentals with a home theater in Peoria

Had a lovely two day stay here. The kitchen was very nice and had all new appliances and such. Great place to stay if you like to cook instead of going out for food. The bed was also so very comfortable! Thank you again for the hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Jia-Li’s place! The home was spotless, peaceful, and exactly as described. Jia-Li was a very thoughtful and responsive host who made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to other travelers!

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

Eric was a great host. He was incredibly timely with responses to emails, the instructions were very easy and the condo was perfect. The community had all we needed for a relaxing weekend. We are definitely planning on coming back.

This was a perfect place for our family vacation. The teenage girls had their own room and the pack-n-play worked perfect for the 6 month old. The location was easily accessible for many attractions and easy drive from Mesa Gateway. The pool and outdoor area was enjoyed daily.

Beautiful home, we loved the pool and spa. the theater room was fantastic. Josh was quick to respond with any questions. Quiet neighborhood and the backyard feels very private. We enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor TV too. We highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. PERFECT STAYCATION SPOT FOR US!

A great stay, the house was very cozy and decorated with care. You could tell immediately that the host put a lot of work and passion into this property. The rooms and hallways all had unique aesthetics to them making the house feel very artistic. The backyard was as relaxing as the house. Anna was an excellent host, whether it was confusion about the stove or requesting a later check out time, she was very fast to reply and overall very accommodating. Would stay here again!

This place was fantastic. I don’t think I’ve stayed in an Airbnb with a kitchen as well stocked as this one. Blender, can opener, you name it it’s there. The kids loved the pool and sport court. Comfortable and modern decor. The beds were very comfortable, spotless bathrooms and the host was friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great airbnb for a large group with a variety of interests. The pool was clean and the slide was great fun. There were lots of pool floaties and toys provided. The house was well stocked with regular towels and pool towels, and there was soap and shampoo/conditioner in every bathroom. There were lots of game consoles, and our group enjoyed the gaming PCs as well. All the bedrooms came with lots of linens, blankets and extra pillows. There are two full kitchens, plus a grill outside that we enjoyed using. Rashad was very communicative and responsive to my questions, and he helped us with anything that came up during our stay. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd be happy to stay there again.

We had an incredible stay at this phenomenal house! It looks exactly like the pictures, and the space is even more inviting in person. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings. Mr Eddie is a very kind person,and helped whatever best way he can even , and many cases went out of his way to assist me like he drove me quite a few times to super market in extreme heat in Phoenix,which is very kind of him , i felt sick when i arrived in Phoenix due to extreme heat, he took me to certain pharmacy as i take certain health diets etc ,the place is very centralized and a condominium, and well connected with public transport,uber or lyft also.Please will be happy to return if i am next time in Phoenix.

The condo was exactly like its description. It was clean and comfortable. The setting next to the lake was very peaceful and the walking path around the lake was very enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. It made our stay in AZ very enjoyable.

this is a great rental in a lovely location with lots of interesting attraction including a lovely green belt for walking, cycling, etc. the condo is stocked with lots of towels, pillows and comfortable furniture. the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. the cloths washer and dryer make for a convenient stay. The private patio is quite cute and very relaxing for enjoyment of your morning coffee. the condo is nicely appointed. the bathrooms are fairly large and nice. I look forward to my next visit and stay at Lauren's condo. She is a friendly and helpful host.

An absolute gem. Everything I wanted and so much more. Very stylish and comfortable, the work station was fantastic. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Don't even get me started on the attic/cinema! There were a few minor issues that Craig was always super responsive to. I'd happily live here permanently!

I had an amazing experience at Jia-Li’s. The space was spotless, welcoming, and perfectly located. But the real highlight was the host she was incredibly caring, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Her kindness made all the difference! Great stay! Was a patient at the Mayo Clinic for over a month and coming back to this condo every night was really helpful (vs. staying in the hospital). It has everything needed for a long-term stay. Great pool, too. Very responsive host! I hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do, I will stay here again.

Highly recommend Jospeh’s unit as it well appointed, clean and well stocked. Location is terrific near Safeway and modern new mall
