Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Enjoy a peaceful wooded lot in a home loaded with family friendly features. This is our family cottage and we want you to enjoy it the same way we do. Walk to ice cream every day, go to the beach, cook up a storm and relax. We also have a sneaky kitchen table that seats 12 and 5 island seats.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

This home is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of room upstairs and on the lower level. Park your car and use the bikes already at the house to get around town or to the beach.
