Caribe Resort on the Bay-Lazy River/Cabanas! B208

Newly decorated Caribe condo is a dream! This condo is in building B on the 2nd floor (3rd because parking is below) & sleeps 8 comfortably. The new 65 inch tv is loaded with all the apps such as ESPN and Netflix. This kitchen has a new refrigerator and all the appliances and cookware needed! The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

Shoreline Park is just 1 mile away, with nature trails, a dog park, beach area, picnic areas, boat launch. Gulf Breeze Community Center is about 1 mile away and has a kid park with splash pad, ball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts and much more. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is a 17-minute drive & Pensacola Beach is less than a 5-minute drive from the condo.
