This one bedroom apartment is annexed within our family home but benefits from its own entrance and facilities. Quiet village location but easy access to transport links (Heathrow is 20 mins drive, London 35 mins on the train). We are on the edge of the Chilterns, an UNESCO recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are taking bookings using the Covid19 guidelines and legislation set out on the UK government website. If the road map changes then availability may also need to change.

The Stables, Little Marlow

A fabulous, converted barn, located in the very desirable village of Little Marlow, Bucks. The property is set within 3/4 acre for your private use and has it's own private driveway + parking. The interior has underfloor heating, a wood burning stove, panelled walls, en-suite, and a family bathroom. Little Marlow has been in numerous Midsomer Murder TV series. Approached through electric gates up the driveway you arrive at a peaceful hideaway cottage with safe parking. The hallway leads to a fully furnished bright kitchen with dining table and work station. Followed by a new downstairs Shower room . A uniquely furnished living room has a sofa/single bed, 3 chairs and TV. Stairs lead up to the bedroom with a double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. Sit out in your own sunny patio. Owner has 2 dogs that are under control.
